Beyond me being an Alexa fan, I much prefer her to Jax and Ronda. That match was so ugh up that point. Neither are all that good at wrestling and they are both terrible actors.

Mic work aside, Ronda's been pretty impressive to me so far, still green but you can see she's gonna be very good. I would have been fine with her winning but Alexa is the most interesting female character on the roster, I'm glad she cashed in. The problem, is that Jax sucks in the ring and on the mic, and this could mean more Alexa/Jax matches which no one really wants to see.

It makes all sorts of sense. For Vince, Nakamura isn't not that guy. He's not a top guy or world champion material, and same with Asuka.

Ronda's attempts at conveying emotion in the ring turn me off, but her wrestling isn't the worst. Obvious, but she has something to her.

Everyone is over in this match. Also, we are 4 hours in and this crowd is still hot. They are great.

I'm in the minority. I like Alexa Bliss, but she's ALWAYS in the title picture. It's Charlotte Flair all over again. Actually, it's worse. Winning the MITB AND the title in one night does less for her than it would have for ANY of the other participants.


I miss when the MITB was a way to elevate a talent to the next level.


Styles/Nakamura was amazing though. I don't have a problem with Styles winning. Folks wanted him to be the champ for awhile now. I'm okay with him getting a lengthy run.

100% agree its too soon for ronda to win a title and you dont want such a big star to lose their 1st singles match

I actually don't think Roman is going to be involved. Knowing the way Vince thinks, I think Braun will take the title off Brock on Brock's way out and I say that based on what he thought about Brock beating the Undertaker's streak. It had to be someone believable, thus Brock ended the streak. And Vince always has guys that are leaving "Do the honors" by putting someone over. I think this is why they're building Braun up so strong, to show that he's capable of being the one to finally beat Brock. Now, it's possible Braun could cash in during a Roman/Brock match, but I don't know, I think they've decided to go ahead with Braun for right now. Roman will most likely get back into the picture at some point, but I think they're gonna give Braun the shot at the top.

I like AJ Styles better than Nakamura because he was my favorite TNA wrestler. For him to have this much success in the WWE after two years is just great.
