Who dat?
Screw his career and his title shot, he just threw away a marriage and his reputation as a decent human being.
To get that awful taste out of everyone's mouth, here's a feel good story
http://www.rohwrestling.com/news/woh-star-sumie-sakai-forms-friendship-young-girl-battling-cancer
release him
I read the police report and I feel gross
When she was 14, Paige's mother, Saraya Knight went missing for 6 months. She said that her mother worked so hard and just broke down from being tired. Paige said that for those few months, she completely fell off the wagon and began drinking with friends before she realised that she needed to stop and find her mother. She says when she found her mother, she looked like a completely different person. Paige says that her mother had a lot of issues growing up. She was abused and gang raped, and she just broke down suddenly because she couldn't take it anymore.
She says that after her leaks, she didn't even want to go out. Last Tuesday, she was out with her friends and some guy came up to her friend and said that 'that's the pornstar and I jacked off to her yesterday'. Paige then begins crying on the podcast, and Lillian tries to comfort her. Paige says she finds it really hard to feel close to anybody anymore. She says she's not a bad person and she's made a ton of mistakes.
She talks about the leaks, and says that it was a stupid mistake and warns girls about social media. Whilst crying, Paige says that after they came out, she barricaded herself into her house and even contemplated suicide.
She hates the fact that she's gonna be known for her leaks. She hates that in articles, she sees the headlines 'sex tape scandal star'. She said that she got so skinny and ended up collapsing with exhaustion in England and they told her that it was stressed induced anorexia. Some of her hair fell out and she was just so sick. It still breaks her heart.
She regrets it immensely, and says that Xavier Woods is her friend so she feels horrible for him too. She says that she felt like she degraded herself as a woman and she's learned to never do something like that again.
She admits that she was in pain and getting a lot of comments of her being fat, she got wrapped up in drinking and got wrapped up in the party lifestyle in 2016 because she felt like she was exploring her missed childhood. She says the 1st suspension wasn't due to drugs but was because of missing the time capacity of doing the test.
She says that she was not mad at WWE suspending her. She says that WWE love her and are still helping her. They're allowing her to do therapy and she never realised how great they are to her. She says that they've always stuck by her and that they love her.
Who dat?
Xia Li, the first Chinese woman to sign with WWE.
Stone Cold beat the crap out of multiple women on multiple occasions. He's a serial offender and nobody seems to care.Let's not all forget that Stone Cold beat the crap out of his wife too...
I wish RoH was bigger than what it was. WWE needs more competition because it is getting so stale with the same predictable storylines and wrestlers getting pushed. CM Punk needs to come back. I didn't realize that WWE's ratings have literally been cut in half since he left.
I would so follow it! I watch the WWE but it's almost a chore right now. They push the same stars, same politics backstage........to this day I have no idea why Nakamura was buried when he got probably the greatest intro ever into WWE. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m8izXHKZSXw&t=81sStone Cold beat the crap out of multiple women on multiple occasions. ROH is growing faster than it ever has. 2018 is going to be a huge year for them. Not even counting the 10,000 seat show Cody Rhodes and the Young Bucks are financing themselves, they're already setting up an arena to draw a crowd about twice as big as their biggest crowd ever for Supercard of Honor next year.
And once the Sinclair/Tribune merger goes through, over 72% of the US will get ROH TV on their local Fox/CW/MyNetwork/ABC/NBC/CBS stations. To say nothing of their TV deals on Charge, Stadium, or all the ways you can stream ROH TV. And there's a decent chance they also get on WGN America, which would be huge.
And they're launching a streaming service in Q1 2018, and will very likely be elevating Women of Honor to a full time division with its own World Championship.
It will probably still be five years or more until ROH can actually compete on somewhat level ground with WWE, so you have to be patient.
But ROH, moreso than TNA or ECW or even WCW, is built to be sustainable. They have a lot of different revenue streams and they never expand beyond their reach. They just keep growing organically and it's gotten them to the #5 spot in the world behind WWE, NJPW, CMLL, and AAA.
Paige broke down and cried a few times on the latest Lillian Garcia's Chasing Glory podcast
Some things she said on the podcast
So Jericho made an appearance at the World Tag League finals.
Absolution reminds me of three girlfriends who tried to come up with a Halloween group costume but couldn't agree on it.
Their run of dominance on Raw is going to end very soon if what USA Today is saying about Ronda Rousey is true.
I have a feeling if RR does sign, she'll be doing a fair amount of appearances but not actually getting in the ring for some time.
The thing is whether or not a 4HW vs. 4HW match will be a one off for Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir. I would think not. We've already seen Shafir in NXT as Roderick Strong's other half (which means that if there is a Caw for her in 2K18, I will use Roddy's theme and intro for hers) and Duke has moved to Orlando.
Again though if the MMA 4HW show up, Absolution's dominance may come to a screeching halt. Same for the Riott Squad as I expect that the MMA 4HW will also appear on Smackdown.
There are rumors of an Asuka vs. Rousey feud coming soon. A year from now, it would be a good feud, but not anytime soon.
No way does the WWE push Absolution and the Riott Squad over Rousey and the 4HW. The MMA Four Horsewomen get first priority in booking.
Yeah, but Absolution and Riott Squad are basically there to get the new NXT talent over, it's not like these stables are the second coming of the Shield or anything. Once the stables help establish the new talent, they're going to break up in short order, which is fine to concentrate on the 4HW program. Paige, assuming this is the start of a comeback for her rather than her career swansong, is better on her own. The two blondes don't really fit in with their respective stables either, so once (if) they prove they can actually hang in the main roster, they're better off doing their own things too. DeVille has the potential to be the monster heel of whatever brand she's on. I like Riott and Logan, though I'm not sure if the mainstream crowd buys into them yet.
