those lower on the card in the womens division would have to step their game up, but I dont know if the talent down there is even capable of it

Possibly, but it couldn't be a "gimmick," that woman would have to have some kind of legit MMA background. There's too much crossover in both fan followings and talent now that you can't get away with doing it half-assed and expect the audience to buy into it; they couldn't just slap black gloves on Eva Marie and expect magic to happen, though god knows they might try.

I think they would have to sign somebody with MMA experience. One name that comes to mind is Shayna Baszler as she's been doing a lot of Indie wrestling since her UFC departure last year.

Rousey to WWE won't happen. If she loses her next UFC fight and retires from MMA, she's leaving for Hollywood. No way does she do WWE, despite the fact that she's a big WWE fan. Even if she does want to give the WWE a try, it may be as a "special attraction" and IMO, it would be a detriment to the Women's Division.

Baszler would be a better addition than Rousey because her arrival would make the division better as she gets more Indie experience. Rousey would add the name value and that's it.

I've become rather disenchanted with Velvet over time. She can't handle criticism on social media even if it's not hateful. I've heard stories of her blocking people for simply mentioning problems with her character and matches. One YouTuber said he was blocked for pointing out that tweeting WWE about wanting a job was unprofessional because she was still getting paid by TNA.

She adds no value to the WWE whatsoever.

I think she'd be a good foil for Alexa Bliss to play off of in a heel faction.

Summer is great at little character flourishes during matches and is pretty aggressive. It's a shame people write her off because they haven't seen her work in the BFF's in NXT.

I doubt it, and I wouldn't blame WWE for not cancelling any events there. It's not in their corporate culture to do that, so at least they're consistent.

She had a good promo in a WWE.COM exclusive, saying that Sasha should not be getting "preferential treatment" and that they are on the same level. She says that Sasha believes in her own hype and says that those chants of "We Want Sasha" will eventually go away.

she isn't really

she's never going to be "elite", but she can work well enough and her character work is better than average IMO

Summer has at least made the effort to be decent in the ring....unlike a soon to be released former Funkadactyl who once mentioned Melina vs. Alicia Fox as her all time favorite WWE match.

BTW, if there ever is a Women's Money in the Bank match (have no idea how that one works as I cannot imagine the women doing crazy ladder stunts like the men) I'm picking Becky and not have her cash in until WrestleMania 33, perhaps after the Women's Title match (which could be Sasha vs. Bayley as I think Asuka will be up by then, throwing a monkey wrench in any potential 4 Horsewoman Fatal Four Way for the title). She gets her WrestleMania moment.
