You know what, no matter what happened this PPV, no matter how much could have or did go wrong, it doesn't matter.

Mark Henry is World Heavyweight Champion.

One thing is for sure.No current Fued warrants a Hell in the Cell match. They really need to drop that PPV.

Mark Henry will be splitting some wigs as Champion. He has finally lived up to his potential.

i can see triple h/punk vs awesome truth/nash in a hiac, but thats pure speculation

Well, the smackdown guys are on RAW now, maybe they'll feed Morrison to Henry?

The problem is that they are clearly...and have been for a LONG time...victims of the conspiracy, if there was one...and the entire storyline points to there being one. Let's say that the conspiracy started about when R truth turned heel. That means that the PURPOSE of the conspiracy was to hold The Miz and R Truth down...CM Punk as well. It makes ZERO sense for the conspiracy to start because the powers that be want to hold Truth and Miz down, and then The Miz and R Truth join the conspiracy. There wouldnt be a conspiracy at all if not for holding those two down!!!!

Yeah...its not working for me at all.

I'm with you.

They would have to turn face in that scenario (and it's the only scenario that makes sense) but I don't see them doing that, they're better off as heels.

But if they wanted to blow that angle up across the company (and allow the "reality era" permeate through the entire business), they could make Vince/HHH/Teddy Long out to be the co-conspirators doing what they think is right for business. They don't care what the fans think, they do what they think is right for business. Not breaking the fourth wall but hinting/winking at it.

Reading the NOC results I am confused about this. Did Miz and R-Truth want HHH to lose to Punk or not? Because R-Truth pulled Punk off HHH when he had him pinned??

Can't wait to see who else he inducts into the Hall of Pain 2011 class before the year ends.

It's one of 2 things, I think. Heat of the moment and he forgot the storyline/had to cover for someone else to get the pin broken up, or it will be explain that Truth was pissed Punk fought back and he had to get got.

The business isn't gonna get any bigger with Cena as "the man". Cena's talented, no doubt about it, and he's been good as the face of the company. But whether or not Punk is able to be the new frontman of the company, if the WWE really wants to gain business (instead of continuing to lose steam to UFC, MMA, etc) then they need to start mixing it up.

Why would they mix it up? Last year was the most profitable year in company history and this year is projected to surpass that. What ground exactly are they losing?

Everyone's confused. The ending was a complete cluster **** that made absolutely no sense.

Leave it to WWE to drop the ball once again. They could have had a great thing going with HHH/Punk but they had this match way too soon.

I honestly think that the smart move would have been to completely flip the script on people.

The Miz, R Truth think there's a conspiracy, but they are heels. Punk thinks something is fishy, but he isnt really a face...

Then, the big reveal would be that there was a conspiracy...the company heads were doing what they believed was right for business...and they feel that they know better than the fans. It turns out that guys like Alex Riley and John Morrison were part of the conspiracy all along to hold back guys like The Miz, R Truth and Punk. By the end of an episode you've turned half the faces heel and half the heels face. It would be a mindblowing episode that would restack the deck. Morrison could be the cocky "palace of wisdom" heel he should be and move to Smackdown to win a less meaningful world title. Alex Riley...I'd team him with Swagger in a new Varsity Club tag team/stable. You didnt even have a world champ then, so Cena could be left as a face and kept busy out of that storyline entirely.

i like the ending actually

CM Punk was protected big time it took 3 pedigrees, awesome truth beat down, jackknife from nash ,and the whole brawl hhh and punk had to put him down.

this ending also proved cm punk was wrong about hhh all along how can he feel he is in on it when he was fighting side by side with punk to fight off Awesome Truth and even put nash down with a sledgehammer.

OR, you don't do any of that and leave people like Miz and R Truth out of all this, like they should be.

Eh I just wanted a HHH heel turn. But I guess this keeps the storyline fresh.

pretty much punk or hhh winning cleanly does'nt progress the story it actually ends it so it needed a fishy ending

Miz and Truth are talking about a conspiracy...and there IS a conspiracy...you can't leave them out of it.

NOC Review:

Air Boom Vs. Awesome Truth

Great way to start off the PPV. Crowd was hot for this. I knew Truth and Miz weren't going to win since the veterans are there to make the younger guys look good, but the reverse style booking was hilarious with the heels being the ones getting screwed (and Cole pointing it out like Jesse Ventura) to add to the C-O-N...spiracy! I was also surprised by the disqualification finish. I guess even while being back in the tag team scene again, The Miz still gets protection.

Cody Rhodes Vs. Ted Dibiase

Good match. Unfortunately, the fans didn't seem to give a crap until Cody got his mask taken off. I just feel sorry for Ted as he has yet to find an interesting gimmick that will get over, but since his tights got pulled, my guess is Ted gets to fight another day.
United States Title
Great upset win for Dolph as I truly believe he would've lost it tonight to Riley (who was SO close). Hopefully, this leads to a babyface turn for Jack Swagger.

Mark Henry Vs. Randy Orton

Kinda sad a Mark Henry match gets more reaction than Rhodes & Dibiase. A couple of years ago, the finish of this match would've pissed me off, but after getting so many joke champions (Khali, Sheamus, Miz, etc.), Henry is definitely not the worst person to win the belt so I was numb to the disappointing result for many. After paying his due of being with the company for 15 years, being the butt of jokes so many times, and being booked strongly this year (taking out Big Show and Kane, Sheamus not being able to stop him), it was only natural that Henry would get the opportunity of a world title shot again, but him beating Orton cleanly again (just as he did in 2009 when he made his face turn), I can't hate on him for it. After it's all said and done, Mark Henry earned it.

Now the question is will Mark Henry have a long reign with the title? Being a monster heel as champion, WWE has a chance of making some money with him as he can be today's version of Yokozuna.

Kelly Kelly Vs. Beth Phoenix

Seriously, who did Beth piss off? Her not getting the belt in her hometown was pure crap. And unforunetely, Kelly's reign of doom continues.

John Cena Vs. Alberto Del Rio

This was a heartbreaker for me. It was ADR's first title defense and he loses it right away. How embarrassing. They couldn't even wait until the next PPV for Cena to win the title back. He will no doubt break Ric Flair's record at the rate he's going. Whay to go on burying a new main eventer!

The worst part was the bad officiating in the match. If the ref caught Ricardo intefering, why didn't he just disqualify Alberto Del Rio?!! What *****ty booking.

I don't care what anybody says, I hope The Rock whoops John Cena's ass at Wrestlemania because Cena doesn't deserve to win.

CM Punk Vs. Triple H

I know I was b****ing about Triple H main eventing over both titles earlier, but after the results of those matches, I'm glad this was the main event. Not only was it a really good brawl, but the finish had me on the edge of my seat. When Kevin Nash came out, I had flashbacks of Bobby Heenen saying "WHOSE SIDE IS HE ON?" I'm bummed there was no New World Order reunion, but at least we finally found out that John Laurinaitis sent the text message!

Hopefully, Hell In The Cell will make up for tonight's so-so show.

So how is the WWE going to build up Sin Cara vs. Sin Cara when Mistico doesn't speak a word of English?
