A train was being run in the back.

I guess I'm in the minority in thinking the ending scene was well done.
Some parts don't stand up to "logic" (i.e. the veterans walking out) but keep in mind, most of the talent surrounding the ring was not around for things like the WCW invasion, the NWO, the Kiss My Ass club, women wrestling in pudding, etc.
In kayfabe terms, you could almost liken it to a company with a bunch of Gen-Y employees who have had it real easy for a while at a struggling company, who haven't experienced the real tough growth times, who overreact to change at a senior management level (which happens in real, non-wrestling companies a lot).
Obviously, the villains walk out first, because they have an agenda and will do so anyway. Then the referees, because they're (kayfabe) cowards. After that, everyone will walk out due to groupthink and peer pressure.
It could have been done better, and the absence of the top-tier heroes was glaring, but on balance I think it was well done, and I haven't been as intrigued by a wrestling plotline in years.
Punk basically stopped going after EVERYBODY after Hunter kicked his ass. Originally it wasn't even about Hunter but was about making positive changes in WWE. Right now Punk is just another babyface going through the motions. Even if he doesn't think HHH was behind things it's downright odd that he'd have NOTHING to say about what's been going on lately.
Punk was constantly voicing his opinion but once HHH kicked his ass he's been eerily quiet (for him at least).
A very good reason to miss a meeting of such importance.
I need to print that out and get him to sign that photo come November.Pffft...when the Godfather was still around they were lucky if half the people showed up to meetings.
Hacksaw probably hopped on the HOOOOOO train every chance he got. Thats what happens when you constantly got wood.

From Daniel Bryan's twitter.... along with what I said before, there's another logical reason why everyone walked out.I don't neccessarily agree on WHY we walked out, but I am for collective bargaining and workers rights... First step towards unionizing?
If the rumor about it being Cena/Rock/Punk/HHH/? leading team WWE against the main rebels at Survivor Series I can see why they might not have been out there. Cena and Punk could have been saving their opinions for next week after seeing what happens.
After watching the rest of the locker walk out, Cena gives a big Superman speech to bring the faces back, while Punk reaffirms his belief that it's not HHH's fault and that he wants to know who really is behind all this.
Rock could then come into this down the line because he "loves the WWE and doesn't want to see it ripped apart," but also just because he wants to make sure there still is a WWE in 6 months so he can get a piece of Cena at WM.
As for Orton, he hasn't been involved in this angle, and going by kayfabe he shouldn't really care much. He's selfish, just wants revenge and his title, and has never liked Triple H anyway, so I could see his character just not giving a **** either way.
With all those people walking out on Triple H, it was like a screening of The Chaperone or something.

Not to mention that for a guy whose character was built to be, essentially, an evil mastermind, he's actually kinda dumb lately. I mean, seriously, I called it that Johnny Ace was a traitor secretly working for Vince months ago. And yet HHH, who is supposed to be Smarter Than Thou, just stands there dumbfounded and everyone wonders what the hell is going on and who pulls the strings. It's like a Scooby Doo mystery for Pete's sake...
C'moooon winged eagle WWE title belt!
Yeah, when I read that KK didn't lose clean I rolled my eyes and lol'd.
Glad to read he won clean over Orton. Twice in a row now.
Beth could probably kick some of the mens rosters asses. It would of been a better arguement if she complained about the divas not being given their due and her her having to face Kelly Kelly every other week.and having the Diva's chim in with the "but we're girls" comment is counter productive.
I liked the camera men walking out I also liked Miz and Truth giving the camera men a beat down at HITC.The camera man? Really?
Miz and Truth should comeback saying that beacuse Triple H is the chairmans son-in-law he never got punished as bad as they did.Barrett talking about unsafe working conditions was ridiculous. Triple H acting like he's not a hypocrite was ridiculous as well considering he's done much worse things than Miz and Truth and gotten away with it.
It would of been funny to see CM Punk comeout and just pipebomb the entire rosterThe show felt like it was missing something--and that's not just my "CM Punk should do all the promos, forever" bias talking.
t:The only thing that struck me as odd in the last segment is that the kayfabe situation in the WWE just isn't that bad right now. I mean, so we have wrestlers who beat up referees and commentators, a bunch of sneak attacks after important matches... and that's about it. That's nothing really audacious. This whole "oh noes, it's a total anarky right now!!!11!!1" thing is like... a regular night during the Attitude Era, and even the later pre-05-06 years. I mean come on, the roster was made to look like a bunch of wussies.
Christian, Regal and Booker T walk out? They were here long enough to see the same stuff happening in the early 00s. They didn't complain then, and sometimes they were part of it.
Mark Henry walking out? He's the World's Strongest Man and prides that he fears nobody (and actually was the one who put the King trough the table thus adding to the feel of fear and chaos among the staff just 2 weeks ago...), but he's concerned about "safe work environment"? That's bull****.
And the cherry at the top - HHH himself. The whole thing makes no sense with his character. He's beat up referees, he's beat up JR at least twice, he's jumped people from behind. One of his signature moves is hitting a guy with a sledgehammer. And if we look at the storylines he's been involved with (running Stone Cold over with a car, drugging and maybe even raping Stephanie back in '99 and more assaults than I care to count), his character should be, like, in jail if the whole thing was realistic. But now he fires the Miz and R-Truth because they punched a referee?

The last segment might have worked if the situation was really hazardous. The attack of the Miz and R-Truth at Hell in a Cell was good in and of itself, but it wasn't a danger enough to warrant the whole roster walking out. But the situation just isn't dangerous enough. Now the roster looks like a bunch of cowards and HHH looks like an idiot. Nobody came out looking good out of that segment![]()
" With Vince and Nash being involved, they might as well as recycle this promo:

..........Man that angle went nowhere. - While it may appear to some that WWE has halted CM Punk's push or put him on the backburner, sources say that is not the case. WWE officials were very surprised at new merchandise numbers for Punk. Punk is now one of the company's top sellers and is neck-and-neck with John Cena. In one demographic, likely males, Punk is on pace to pass Cena in sales.
Because of Punk's success coming out of the summer storylines, WWE officials are now actively looking for ways to monetize him. WWE Studios are looking for projects that Punk could star in and there is talk of doing a CM Punk book, in part because the company hasn't had many books lined up as of late. There are also plans to release more Punk merchandise soon. Punk is also planned to be a bigger part of WWE programming and pay-per-views going into 2012. Word is that the company will be going "full blown" when it comes to Punk.
Regarding creative plans, Punk is scheduled to headline several upcoming pay-per-views with WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio. There's no word yet where John Cena will fit into the feud, if he will at all. Some have questioned WWE's booking of Punk as of late but it's said that WWE is trying to build sympathy for his losses as a part of something bigger.
