Harry was sure easy to convice, he didn't even wonder if spiderman took the gilider and jab it in his pappy.

the abruptness of sandman confessing to spidey
and the abruptness of harry apologizing to spidey
there was no explained motivation for either of those two things to happened although we can conclude a reason they may have apologized. They did not show clear intentions.

it definitely felt to me like footage was cut for Sandman, and Harry should have been shown more talking to Norman (it would have been cool to have an emotional scene like Spidey 2's Pete/Ben talk... where Harry is upset and feels like he's letting his father down, but knows its what he wants)

The worst scene was when Venom asked Sandman for help, that ruined it for me. Also the Sandman flying thing, as a few others have said, iv never seen him do that.

1. ok so the suit joins with eddie in the tower, he becomes venom...then what!? Peter is naked at the top of the tower, venom is just created and thats the scene. No reason to explain how they leave, does venom walk out the front door and spidey websling home naked?

2. It would've been nice if Venom had a name.

3. Why was Peter humping mid-air after he buys a black suit. I felt embarassed for Tobey.

4. The dancing on the piano reminded me of Anchorman and Coyote ugly. This was by far the worst scene of the movie.

5. the MJ/Harry scene felt like it was out of a 1950's flick , what was MJ wearing? What girl wears a skirt like that with think ass nylons etc.

6. The JJJ buyin a DISPOSABLE camera off a kid (he knows his pictures will be 100% useless). IT was a funny joke when he offered her a job...then it kept going and going...I'll buy it from you...kid charges lots of cash, he gets it then it doesn't have film and o yeah films extra....All of this happening during the climatic battle at the end. Lets cut away from the fight for a stupid joke then akwardly jump right back into it.

I'm surprised no one mentioend the ENTIRE STUPID PLOT POINT of Harry making up that 2 minute crappy plan of getting back at Pete by having MJ break up with him, then Harry shows HE's the other guy... I mean how much more ******ed can you get with that... that was so so stupid... it was a hack rush 2 minute job and all Peter did was cry like such a whiney baby, I've never seen so many people laugh in a theater... one guy was like OH FOR ****@S SAKES (he was told to hush down by an usher later on) when Harry revealed HE was the other guy... how stupid

1) the Spider-Man day
2) the "crying club" at the end (they must have seen the first season of "the little house" the day before...)
3)emo Parker moments (even if they were volunteer....wasn't was I was expecting of a dark Spidey...he got a symbiote who made him dance on the streets..woohoo...)
4)the giant sandmonster
5) Sandman's finale
6) The finale dance
7) Mary Jane's singing

1. The dancing in the street **** that just went on and on.
2. The scene with peter getting cookies from the chocolate cake girl. It was too tounge in cheek and should have been toned down.
3. The stupid news reports from the last battle. There were too over the top and should have been handled realistically as they news reports were in The Day After.

Either that, or Norman is really ****ing unoriginal in his plans to defeat Spider-man. But yeah you're right, it was an identicial delivery. I didn't mention that before, I already had too many things to say...

Um, are you friends with Nolan and Singer? Do you know for a fact they don't make these films to make some money. I'm petty confident in thinking they do. A lot of directors do these big budget movies so they can make money, so they could do the films they really want to do. Del Toro is a good example. He did Hellboy so he could do Pan's Labyrinth. Yeah, obviously those directors love making these movies because they like the characters they're putting on screen, but to say they don't do it for money is a load of crap.

damm so many WTF moments.. the dancing, the f***ing kids and there stupid "yay go spidey!! how rad!!".

Harrys Butler waiting this long to tell harry his dumb ass father killed him self.

i wanted to kick a kids face after watchig this movie.

and how ugly is Kirsten Dunst...

A WTF had to be..the whole film. But I will add my own..

-The Butler scene. I think Sam Raimi just wanted Harry to team up with Spidey. So added this very stupid scene. It was literally WTF!
-The whole dancing in the jazz club. I found other bits funny, but found this very unfunny and corny.
-The dancing on the streets, pointing at women, buying a black suit etc etc
-The fact that Peters hair turned black, and started goin' all "emo" on us.
-The crowd at the end scene and the news report, corny..also (I'm gunna get ripped for this I'm sure) the american flag in the background. That is cheesy and corny combined.
-Maguire and Dunst...nuff said
-Sandman, he only had the story with killin Uncle Ben because Sam wanted to give Spidey a motive to kick his arse
-The end scene with Sandman...
-The flashbacks...3rd person..black and white...(I have my own gripe with that sort of film making)
-Harry teaming up with Spidey..
-Venom not getting enough screen time, also he always took off his mask... I would of liked to see less of Topher's face..
-That reminds me...Spidey always taking his mask off..grrr!!
-2 more villians seeing Spideys face...I know Venom finds out in the comics...but it still adds up..
-The whole parade thing for Spidey..especially the high fives he gives the people
