Maybe, maybe not. Truth be told, the actual strength level is irrelevant. If Juggy found Ben to be a threat strength-wise he'd just charge him over & over. Damn what Ben did to a truck . "NO OBJECT CAN STOP HIM".

I know thats what they said in X3 about Juggy, but i bet there are some thigns that would stop him. I.E The Pheonix for one. Ben showed better strength out of the two of them IMO, as for endurance, neither was shown to be really weak in that department so, we'll never really know.

Phoenix was shown to have near-limitless energy to do as she wished. That's not an object, per se.

Okay then, do you think movie Juggernaut would knock over movie Hulk if he charged him, because i dont.:yay:

He'd knock him over, but he'd pay for it.
I don't think it's a big stretch to say that Juggernaut can strike with about the same force as a mortar shell or a shell fired from a tank. Now we saw the hulk get hit by these & it did take him off his feet. But he recovered quickly & he'd be none too pleased if a "puny human" hit him just as hard.

It's funny this thread got started. I always thought it would be cool for all of the "super-strong" guys in the Marvel universe be put against each other. Like Colossus, Juggernaut, Thing, Hulk, Sasquatch, Strong Guy, Doc Samson, Thor, etc... Thought it would be cool.

Well i dont think Juggy would knock Hulk over, unless Hulk wasnt expecting it. But thats just me. Hulk would probably charge at Juggernaut once he saw Juggy charging him anyway, and then Hulk would just run through him IMO.

I'm allowing that Hulk didn't expect it. In fact, I'm stipulating as much. But if you were the Hulk & saw somebody half your size running toward you, you wouldn't consider him a threat. So you'd get knocked down once. After that, when he came at you again you'd swat him-thus redirecting his momentum & not technically stopping him. But the Hulk can do this; the Thing can't.

hulk knocks out juggy and thing together. even thouse mutant animals hulk was fighting in the woods they would kill thing and juggy as well.

Still has to be the Thing for me, i've watched both movies multiple times now and nothing in X3 shows Juggernaut as stronger.

I think they have DIFFERENT powers.
The movie Jug seems to have some kind of MOMENTUM power. If he is moving, he is pretty much unstoppable, but when stopped, he is still very strong, but not movie-Thing strong.

Movie Thing seems to be tougher all around. He is solid rock that moves. However, if it came down to them charging each other, with Jugs strange physics, I think Jug would knock Ben out of the way. However, Ben is pretty damn smart (a astronaut) and more agile than Jug. And he is a good guy, don't forget that.

The movie Thing would win easily.

As for the Hulk, don't get me going, that character, like Superman, is far to powerful, IMHO. Give me a hero with some real weakness anyday.

I voted via "comic" power levels, therefore Jug got my vote.
Having read the posts after voting I would vote movie Thing easily over movie Jug.
I did the same thing...

I don't want to deviate from the topic, but the movie Hulk isn't so astoundingly limitless as his comic incarnation (which is probably why I like his interpretation more). He's only in the 10,000 ton range at the height of the film, rather weak in comparison to the comic Hulk, and impact trauma of sufficient magnitude can pierce his 10-times-stronger-than-kevlar skin. So it's not as if he is invulnerable. In fact, I'd go as far as to say while The Thing is no place near him in strength he's far closer to being hard to penetrate in comparison. Hulk just has a high healing factor to back him up due to hyper-regenerative processes that make up the movie incarnation.

But now I'm just ranting. Point is that I wouldn't write off the movie Hulk as a demi-god in the films. Look at him from a physics standpoint and you realize he's very strong while not being in the range of power where his strength is a deus ex machina.

Juggy-no contest. He was still standing after Wolverine channeled Storm's lightning into his head.
but he didnt do a damn thing to wolvi. he was still standing. wolvies ass was down after fighting sabretooth. took him awhile to get back up.

Juggernaut...hands down. Thing would get crushed. I don't do the "Ultimate" books, so I can not speak for that, but in 616 Juggernaut would get my vote. Have they ever faced off?

Juggernaut...Who cares who's stronger? This isn't a weight lifting competition. Juggernaut mowes down The Thing. Simple as that. They charge at each other and The Thing is suprised when Juggernaut just keeps going, WITH him on his head and going through wall after wall. The Thing's punches aren't going to move The Juggernaut. I'm confident he can lift him and throw him but that will be a tough job.

I'm sure The Hulk would have trouble with Juggernaut. I can see him taking out his knees and then going for the rest of the body, doing it as fast as he can so Hulk doesn't have TOO much time to recover.

^Agreed. Strength is important, but the bottom line is - who is gonna do what it takes to win? I mean Thing ran off to France during the Civil War! Come on!
