Pirates of the Caribbean and American Idol.

Sorry, I don't see the appeal.

Twitter.

What the **** do I care what you had for lunch, y'know?

Avatar. I guess I just don't get it. It was okay. Don't see what the big fuss is all about.

Tim Burton's latest Tim Burton film starring Johnny Depp as Johnny Depp in a Tim Burton film and co-starring Helena Bonham Carter as Helena Bonham Carter in a Tim Burton film with music by Danny Elfman doing Danny Elfman for a Tim Burton film.

Dude, it's Alice in Wonderland.

It has little to do with Tim Burton/Depp/Carter/Elfman...I think I know where you're really going with this, but in terms of its popularity....?

Those muthafu**ing SNUGGIES... :argh:

...as well as it's equally ******ed-azz counterpart, "Loud & Clear."

:down:rolleyes: x 1,000,000,000,000,000

Twilight

American Idol

Pogs(when I was in the first grade I didn't get it)

I agree with everything so far (esp. American Idol, Twitter, and Avatar) besides the Tim Burton/Johnny Depp, although I am not at all interested in watching Alice in Wonderland.

Adding:
Pokemon and Pokemon cards
Blu-ray (I just don't understand the purpose of replacing DVD's yet)

Dude, it's Alice in Wonderland.
It's still:

Tim Burton's latest Tim Burton film starring Johnny Depp as Johnny Depp in a Tim Burton film and co-starring Helena Bonham Carter as Helena Bonham Carter in a Tim Burton film with music by Danny Elfman doing Danny Elfman for a Tim Burton film.

It has little to do with Tim Burton/Depp/Carter/Elfman.
:whatever:

Twilight (Terrible writing, terrible characters, terrible lessons, terrible movies, terrible actors. What's the appeal?)

Twitter (Nobody reallys cares what you do every waking moment of your life. I mean I can sorta see the appeal for celebs to stay in touch with fans, but other than that? What's the point?)

George Clooney (Overrated Actor, Not Very Attractive either.)

Leonardo Dicaprio (Same)

Any reality TV series that require no form of talent to get on. (Basically everything save American Idol.)

Apple. It's just allowing the whole "Hipster" culture to thrive, same with conformity with the Ipod.

Twilight
Twitter
Avatar
Rap Music
Jersey Shore, Real Housewives of Orange County, etc

i agree with the twitter nonsense

I "get" why all of the above is popular, even though might not think so myself hey.

Twitter
Facebook
Award shows
American Idol
Cellphones
Twilight
Avatar
Harry Potter
Lost

So, please tell us why Twitter, Twilight and Jersey Shore are so popular. Other than teenagers loving to look at attractive people with six-packs.

Award shows

This I don't understand. It's just a group of people who have an opinion on who they think is the best. It's giving into elitism, because their opinions are no better than what anyone else thinks.

I like twitter. Helluva lot better than Facebook or Myspace.

Just a quick update.

Like the Weather Channel.
