I like the organic web shooters. Even more so than the mechanical ones, and I've been a Spider-man fan for about 15 years now. It wasn't even something worth *****ing about. It's just some damn web shooters. The way some people react to it makes it seem like they made his costume pink and green or something.

Hopefully if they have to use it... there is just a little reference during training where one trainer just makes a joke about the new recruits always having trouble with yellow for some reason. And that's it.

I didn't hate them, but by using them they killed an awful lot of possible plot lines off. I don't know how many different times Spidey's web shooters jammed, or he ran out of fluid, or he changed the makeup of the fluid for a specific villain in the comics... but it happened quite a lot and made for some interesting reading.

Exactly. Plus one of the reasons given for the organic webshooters was that it was more "believable" than Peter inventing something like that. "More believable"? In a movie about a guy who gets powers from a spider-bite? "More believable"? In a movie series where the hero has superstrength, yet for some reason can't knock out the guy with the octopus legs even though he punches him numerous times?

I don't understand why little girls have to be the reason why the most popular things are successful. We've had to suffer too much from these little demons. There should be a law passed that says that little girls can't buy anything, nor can their parents buy anything for them besides food. That way we won't have to suffer things like The Backstreet Boys and Twilight.
