Hopefully we'll get some news at SDCC'09 about it. I know Joe is still finishing up The Wolfman for this fall's release, but c'mon. Toss us a bone at least. My greatest fear is that the production will lag and Joe will move on like Matthew Vaughn did for Thor. While that worked out ultimately for the best(IMO), Johnston is just so perfect for Cap that I don't want to lose him.
