And someone like The Lizard does? I've noticed a trend recently, more people want to see The Lizard only based off of the way he appears in the comics, but most aren't thinking about his psychological presence that he should hold as the villain. The way I'm envisioning Chameleon as a villain is alike Hans Gruber(Alan Rickman) from 'Die Hard'. A villain who doesn't need to be in a fight sequence with McClane to hold a fine on-screen presence. Instead, having this villain orchestrate other villains to try to kill Spider-Man. That's the kind of change I'm looking forward to with this series.
Chameleon is, at best, just a poor man's Mystique. At worst he's an evil poor man's Ethan Hunt. I'd actually rather see Mysterio than Chameleon.
And I, for one, am thinking about the psychological ramifications of Lizard. That's the only reason I'm even inclined to see him.
