As Savage said, the first trailer has him boxing with Wolverine. He's waaay bigger there.

I loved that spot. The first one was Ok, the second one was great, and the third has me pumped!

It was more exciting for me, I got my Gambit fix and we got another look at the black ops team. I liked it best of the three. I've played it the most times, lol.

Well, at least you finally get to see Gambit on screen...although, it should have been in an X-Men movie not a prequel focusing on Wolverine. But, it is cool to see Gambit finally make it in a film.

I never asked this, and I also don't think I've seen it come up anywhere. What exactly does Weapon X do in the movie? Or the better question would be I think, who does the Weapon X Team go up against?

This movie surely isn't just about abducting and experimenting on Mutants is it?

It will be completely unlike the original X-Men, but with the way the X-Men timeline is structured now, that can't be helped unless Angel and Iceman received a brainwipe or something.

Yes, they definitely saved the best for last. I was grinning ear to ear for 55 of those 60 seconds!

There was never any mention of Cyclops not knowing who Sabretooth was or vice-versa. Remember that everthing in X1 was from Logan and Marie's perspective as the newbies coming in and being filled in on what the status of mutantkind was. The Prof tells them that was Sabretooth who works for Magneto blah blah blah, but he doesn't elaborate how they knew. It could very well be that Cyclops and the other X-Men knew of Sabretooth in X1 they just didnt talk about it on screen because there was no need for Logan to get more details..

Exactly. It's clear that they have a history. Why do you think Sabretooth ran away when Scott and Storm showed up in X1? It's clear in X1 that the team and Xavier have a storied past with Magneto and his fluctuating brotherhood.

Gambit, and especially Deadpool...awesome.

This has me feeling so much better than I was last week when we heard about the run time and storm cut scene.

Well Gambit appeared in the theatrical trailer while this is Cyclops' first appearance. And Gambit still got the coolest scene in the trailer, blowing up the street like that.

also is the guy punching the tank, the blob before he gets fat? looks like the actor playing the blob.


im wondering who the hell weapon xi is. on scott adkins' site he mentioned he got the last fight scene in the movie. so that means either as deadpool or weapon xi get the last fight scene. maybe weapon xi is just a random guy who comes in later at the end of the film. there are also ideas that deadpool might get scarred, go through the weapon x process and become weapon xi.

Well I dunno about him becoming weapon xi, but we've been told he will eventually be scarred, they are using CGI.

Everyone seems to assume that Blob starts out fit and gets fat, but am I the only one who thinks its more likely that he gets more buff with Weapon X? His outfit when he's punching the tank seems more like a scene from when he's in Weapon X, while the sparring match could be more when Wolverine first meets him or something. If he's doing missions, it would make sense for him to get more fit over time.
