Eva Green totally became character.Her character was Blonde on original.Which Is why she Is blonde In film.It's probally Is going to be hard for audence with the way Johnny Depp looks to buy the Collins Family accepting him as long lost cousin from England.But,I am reserving judgement till I see film.

Warner Brothers apparently wants to wait till they can release a full trailer.Now why they won't release a teaser Is beyond me.

Dark Shadows can be dismissed by some as Campy but It depends on quality of the film like the original show In It's context.The 1960's Batman Is a camp mess.You can find some things to enjoy.The original Dark Shadows Is beyond that.

I'm not as worried about the lack of a trailer. (1) Burton & Depp are big names and safe bets, but Dark Shadows is neither, so I don't think it's quite the major tentpole that a lot of you do. (2) Didn't Sweeney Todd - a movie with a more prestigious pedigree and a higher profile going in, being based on the renowned Sondheim musical in addition to having Burton & Depp - only get one trailer, released just two months before the film? I could be wrong there, but I do remember that that film wasn't even sold as a musical, at least in the U.S. So if that movie wasn't regarded by its studio as a major event, I'm not so surprised that Dark Shadows isn't being rgarded as one. Yes, Alice in Wonderland was the last Burton/Depp vehicle, and that was a monster, but that's Alice in Wonderland, and Dark Shadows does not have the same level of cache going in.

Yeha but look how they movies based on old tv shows in the past like Wild Wild West, Green Hornet, Dragnet, Starsky and Hutch to name a few.

That would be just fine with me. If it's as fun as the first two Addams Family movies, it'll be a nice surprise.
