With that mask Zod looks like the Space Jock---er, I mean, an "engineer".

Not sure if it is something that is being released with other merchandise or later. As somebody else pointed out it's also part of the Carl's Junior Cool Kids Combos. There are collectable cards along with other toys, a ring and wristband among them.

There are 9 total cards in three sets of three. Some shots previously released like Superman with the military in the background.
