Not before Korn does a cover of Land of Confusion. :o
LOL

see, this is why I've got to learn to post my music 'cause I've recorded a bunch of preposterous things like that, like my Jazz version of "Tom Sawyer" by Rush and my version of a Doobie Brothers song by The Cure. :(
It'd get a laugh or 40.

I'd just like to point out, in an alternate world, a Geniusly Comedic Poster would now come in and say, "I can't wait to hear, like,...Limp Bizkit doing "Nobody knows what it's LIKE, to be the SAD-man..."

And yet,...it is real, which is another reason to put Fred Durst on the "Biggest Ass-**** Front Men" poll, hahahaha

I want to hear that jazzed up Tom Sawyer.

That sounds like sex. :(

Errr...Disturbed beat Korn to it, actually. It's on their latest album. It's actually not bad, either.

See...I knew there was a reason why I only downloaded the partial album. :o

Search it on a filesharer. It should come up in the same category as a song they did with Pearl Jam. It was live, so you're not gonna find it on any albums.

I have to check that out. Bet its friggin' awesome.

I always swore, the second I find some sax player (all of my sax-connections are 900 miles away now) that'll do it, I'd finally post it, it's sOOOOoo Good.
AND, ( ) mine's instrumental, but it'd be so much more funny with vocals, so I want a Black, older lady to sing it...

But, till then, you can imagine the "tu TSs tu Tu Tss Tu" kinda hi-hat, and then the stand-up fretless bass doing a swingy version of the bass line from it. :)

You should totally do a Geddy Lee impression.

I would be your man-servant forever if you did. :(

Man, I really like 'Land of Confusion'. I used to be in a band and was hoping we would make it big, just to be the first ones to do that one . . . things don't always work out like you plan, though . . .

Ah yes, Big Brother is watching.

Sooo....Tool>>>Trapt.

The thing is,..."rounds" are entertaining because there's some "suspense".

I'd be happy to crown Fried *****e...uh, I mean FRED DURST, the king right now!

(but I will confess, I like Nookie. I love the guitar.)

TOOL could take Extreme's 'More Than Words' and make it a fuackin metal masterpiece . . . and they would probably do some silly shytte like that too

I'll confess, too...I like Rollin'. :(

Why? 'Cause the Undertaker used it as entrance music for a few months. :(

Yeah, I know...I'm going to be castrated. :(

Haha. Undertaker is getting pretty lame these days.

I like how Wes what-ever-the-fuack ditched them to do something more 'experimental' like Primus, and came back; that sucks for him, cuz he's talented . . . much like TOOL guitarist Adam Jones :D

I'm relieved to say that I'm not familiar with "TRAPT"...as far as I know.
Yes. They are the apex of all that is wrong with modern rock music. Just look at their name.

How come all of you guys are closet Limp Bizkit fans? They are garbage. Human garbage.

This is totally not the thread for this, but...

Taker had an amazing match with Kurt Angle at No Way Out last month. Ask hunter rider if you want to check it out, he has it. :o

Back to topic now, fo' serious. :(

Yeah, the match is totally worth it though. The closest WWE has come to a 5 star match in years.

Uhh...Tool>>>>My Chemical Romance.

I believe it after all of the cool interviews I've seen with Maynard.

one method that he'd probably use is to put the dramatic pauses in different places like, instead of:

Then you wouldn’t have to say that you love me
Cos I’d already know
He'd say:

"Then"........(chugging along with heavy bass)

"you wouldn’t have to say".........

"that you love......ME?"
..........(long boring feedback part).......
.........."Cos I’d already know"

Def Leppard<<<<<<TOOL

I actually had Tool go up against Def Leppard in my Rock and roll Tournament thread. Didn't get too many in that round votes but Tool won 6-4.
