Yeah......it's ridiculous that total immunity is even being considered, but they took it and are slow walking it to benefit Trump. The SCOTUS has lost all credibility, but here's the rub. Trump could be on trial during the late summer and fall leading up to, and maybe into, the election itself....that's terrible news for a candidate. It inhibits their ability to campaign AND it's a terrible look to the general public. Trump pushing for, and getting, this delay could actually work against him.
