I'm betting it was the piece of Allspark Prime took out of Megs chest that revives Jazz. I'm glad he's coming back. He deserves alot more screen time that what he got and he's an important part of the TF verse imo.

I wonder if it was the fan outcry of his death that made them want to bring him back, or did they plan this return all along?

I'm looking at the comments on the front page, and damn, they are giving Megan Fox alot of flack for no reason. Megan Fox's role was not as demanding as Shia LaBeouf's role, and she really didn't have a chance to shine as a female lead because the film was more of an ensemble. She just played the girlfriend, really. The role didn't demand Oscar award winning material. It just needed believability, and I fail to see how Fox wasn't believable in her role. Sometimes, it seems like people have to seek out flaws in a movie for the sake of it having a flaw.

When Megan Fox has a standout role in a movie where she is in the center of the spotlight, then it's fair game to judge her acting skills and call her a bad actress.

People need to give MF a break, it was her first major acting gig for crying out loud. She did well enough with what she was given.

Thats what i'm wondering, Bay made it pretty clear Jazz was dead not long ago, what changed?

Either way i'm both glad and bit gutted he is coming back, but more glad.

Bay said on the movie commentary that he frequently visits the TF site Seibertron.com, which is why after the outcry over there, he altered Megatron's look. They were having a Jazz death hissy fit over there, so i bet he changed his mind because of that.

Flashback? Flashback to when? They basically showed all the time that they were on earth in TF1. It can't be a Cybertron flashback, cause he wasn't the 'Solice' on Cybertron, so i don't see how you concluded that.

I think they realized it that it was a big mistake on their part. As you already said, Jazz is one of the more fundamental TF's, and killing him off after having such a small role in the film was a dumb move on their part.

Truth is, I think it would've made more sense to kill off Ironhide since he was the only other Autobot who did much of anything, while Jazz did the least out of all five.

Nobody know's what's happening with Megatron, but we do know Soundwave is in this one and Starscream will more then likely return.

I feel like the main foe of this film will be Starscream, though I wouldn't be surprised if the cliffhanger involves the return of Megatron or a hint at something greater (Unicron comes to mind).
