I hope this movie doesn't ******* Megs screentime like they did in TF1. I mean Megatron is as important as Prime in my opinion. They owe him at least a fair amount of screen time in this one, regardless of who is running the Decepticons in TF 2.

I want to just see Starscream come back with a whole army of Decepticons to try to take over. That would be cool.

I agree, that's why they bring a whole army and they give the Autobots some key new ones.

I think a whole army is asking for a bit much....Id go with 8 or 9 Decpticons and maybe 6 Autobots....considering most of them are floating around in space somewhere, they'd probably be crashing into Earth....I'd like to see Cliffjumper and Hot Rod (or Hot Shot) a younger personality Autobot....

I think we're gonna see the revival of Jazz with the Allspark remnant, and Starscream bringing Soundwave and some extra Decepticons from Cybertron. We can't forget Prime's message at the end of the first film, either. So I expect some new Autobots to come into play.

If I can be honest? This is probably the most hyped I've been for a film that hasn't gone into production yet. The first one was that awesome. Hopefully, Bay hits the next one out of the ballpark (I imagine a bigger budget will mean more robot screentime).

Are you saying 8 or 9 more Decepticons to the old ones and 6 more to the old Autobots? We already have 6 Autobots. But yeah I want to see Hot Rod, it is one of the ones that can really work.

I don't know about Hot Rod. As good a "passing of the torch" it can be, it was partly because of the negative response to him that the cartoon lost steam.

I'm kind of curious myself about what the 2 one will be about. There was a script going around but it got debunked. So, yah I want Megatron back for the 2. They said he'd be back for this one right?

I'd love and think we could almost barely manage ten on each side, with some front and center and others as more supporting.

That would be a fairly solid line up if they did infact go with 10/10, I just don't want bots to become cannon fodder and not have any story to them.

they need to have more robots but they need to use those robots only for fighting.
