I could be wrong on this but isn't Optimus Prime and Megatron also part of the original 13 transformers that was created by Primus then Megatron and and a few others fell under the influence of Unicron.

I believe Dead End was apart of the Stunticons. If he is in this film, he will definitely be unrelated.
