So we are not going to get to hear the classic transformers song in the sequel either. Instead we might hear an awful song that sounds almost nothing like the original theme with the exception of a few lyrics. Fabulous.

I just find it strange that there are no official pics of Soundwave released. Considering he was the one bot the fans have been begging for, for years. I would have thought he would be center stage as far as the marketing goes. I don't necessarily want to see him in the trailers.......o.k, maybe i do but an official image of him, studio released wallpaper of him posing for my comp desktop, something other that his toy pics.........i'm sorry, but i have a bad feeling about this.

Megatron die? And Soundwave lead? Never! I'm all for more screentime for Soundwave, but not at the expense of Megatron. Megatron to me, is every bit as iconic as OP. Plus one of the appeals about Soundwave is his whole loyalty towards Megatron. They both need to stick around.

Soundwave isn't in it too much. I'd say he's this movie's Starscream. Small role fist, bigger role next. He'll kick ass in Transformers 3.

I agree completely! If you ask me, Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron and Starscream are irreplaceable. They should never die unless its the last movie and Bay wants to tie it all up with someone sacrificing himself (gee i wonder who that would be).
And seriously, how can you replace Megatron with Soundwave as the leader? He is half as interesting and as Golgo pointed out, he needs Megatron for him to work as a character.
Also, i never want to see Galvatron. Lets face it, it was Megatron with a different shape and name. But Megatron is the iconic name that has been used for the main villain in every Transformers comic, cartoon, etc even when the villain wasnt Megs himself (Beast wars). Megatron should be called Megatron no matter what upgrade he gets.

Even with SS small role in TF1, we at least got official pics released of him. With Soundwave, we've hardly anything at all.
