i love the score my fav part is when the autobot is coming out of the water ooooo baby the score at that moment, with the choir is life changing...anyone have that part???

Hello, I found this forum on my search for more information about the Transformers Score by Steve Jablonsky. Since there is no exact release date, I made a little mockup of the All Spark and The Autobots Descend Theme.

I just wanted to say I joined this forum for one reason only, and that was to thank Michael for the most beautiful and true recreation of a song I've ever heard. Love the Autobots theme, and i've played it so many times I lost count. Thank you for doing what Sony has failed to do.

I am truly in awe of what Michael has done here... almost speechless. As an artist I see the same reaction in people when I simply "sketch" something up and they are wow'd... but this is beyond that. I understand that as much as I appreciate music (especially movie scores) - I have no musical talent, and that makes me "easy" to impress.... however this HAS to be much more than that.

I bow down to you, sir. Amazing work. I would *MUCH* rather give you money than SONY. For an indivdual fan to address something that a production company was so ignorant to not release is truly shameful for them. Set up a paypal account and I will glady show you my appreciation.

I can only agree wholeheartedly to all of the above. You really did us a favor more than we are able to communicate. Whoever submits the petition to Dreamworks should include this thread as well so they become aware of their massive failure!

I work with Cubase and Kontakt 2. The samples are from East West, Project SAM and the VSL.

michael, what instrument do you use for the percussion that sounds tapping a box?

The percussion are taiko drums (Okedo, Okedo-Daiko). I guess Steve Jablonsky has them in his score, too. Take a look at the pictures from the Transformers recording session.

What Personal Orchestra did you use?

The orchestral samples come from the EWQLSO Silver, the VSL and the Project SAM Brass.

I would say that I only take money for my music. Since it is composed by Steve Jablonsky I can not accept a payment. Do not get me wrong. Who does not need some money. Thank you.


As for further mp3s. I am working on the "choir" part and I will try to recreate some other music. Please give me some time. Stay tuned.

Michael, yes You Michael, have truely brought us together as a family by being "Our personal" Steve, Jablonsky! Period. And to everyone that has faithfully contributed, even to the petition I thank them all. At times when a studio lies down inside the fortress of "ignorance" we as a people, loving the devious and enigmatic noise of music are able to conquer them whole! I, being as an avid choral enthusiast of sound am proud of you all who has hang onto this forum (which I think is the best on the internet!) we completely deserve this for ourseleves to have someone as "Michael" to be our appetizier for the transformers score. Next time a studio doesn't release a score by one of the media venture composers (such as Hans Zimmer and his talented children) we gather as "One", as a "family" on this same forum, and that is what makes us a real family of score music!
