I found this:

According to UK site Play.com, the UK release date for Transformers DVD will be 12/3/07 for 15 pounds.
TFW2005 says it that Australia will get the DVD on November 1st.

I just went to Amazon.com and signed up for them to notify me as soon as they have an official release date for the DVD in the US. As soon as I know for definite I will post it. Sorry for the confusion earlier.

Yeah, I was talking about the DVD. The CD is scheduled for Oct 9th. It was just that there was word the DVD might be coming out at the same time or thereabouts. But it looks like Netflix might have had it wrong.

Amazon finally has it available for pre-order. 28 bucks seems a little steep for Amazon. I wonder how much it'll be in the stores such as Best buy, and whatnot? Amazon usually has the best prices from my experience with them.

I just visited Amazon.de and see there:

It says, that delivery time is up to 1-2 weeks?!?!?!?!?

But most important is the shocking price: 30,99 EUR

That is way too much, no matter how good that soundtrack might be. Not even the LOTR Special Editions did cost that much bucks. I will wait till the official releasedate, perhaps the actual price will make a downfall to 20-25 EUR or below the 20 EUR line. OR I will have to wait till the 2Disc-Edition makes "planetfall".

Actually I think they're importing it from the US. That's why they make you wait a week or two and import tax brings up the price tag to €30.99.

I've ordered mine from Amazon.com US (I reside in Austria) it'll get here faster plus there's a slim, but possible chance that I won't have to pay any extra taxes.

I just looked again to Amazon.de and they corrected their delivery estimate up to 4-6 weeks. Price still the same. It is so annoying, that we here in Europe have to wait longer than you in the U.S.
