Transformers theme online

It is funny, especially since it's only a CREDITS song and no one is forcing them to sit and listen to it.

Also, if they want the soundtrack and don't just like that particular song- easiest solution (lmaol), copy all of the tracks to a blank CD and replace mutemath's variation on the theme with your favorite variation of the theme. There, done, simple- bada-bing-da-bada-boom. No point to pass out from a stroke, is there? It's an easy fix for the people that don't like the take on the theme.

What's the big deal here? It's not like the song is playing during the movie, and I'll put money down on that statement.

Having lived through Ninja Rap and Adams Family Groove as MAIN themes, I can handle this song being late in the credits for this movie. In fact, I like it for that. It's a nice tribute.

I just heard a little bit of it and wow, that was extremely painful and I couldn't bear to listen to anymore of that travesty of a song. There's nothing about this that screams of the badassery involving the Transformers.

The song for the ending credits is just horrible. Even The Hills Have Eyes 2 had a decent ending song that symbolized the 80's. I just don't like how this song appears to be the exact opposite of the Transformers.

Give me Lion's version anyday.

I don't know. It's not what I was expecting at all. When I think of Transformers I think of a badass epic song that just rocks and destroys everything in its path.

But that's just how I look at it.

Believe it or not, some actually do. I have checked other Transformers forums though, so I can't recall if it's anyone from SHH that thinks that way or if it's posters from the other TF forums. But, yeah- there are some who do think the song will play during the actual film itself at varying points- whether it be opening or an "autobots" roll out song. Which, frankly- I don't understand the confusion either, it's a credits song just like Aerosmith's "Spider-Man" theme.

lol this is pretty funny...nothing amazing though. The Classic 80's heavy metal is still rocking hard though!

K, well it reminds me of the beast machines intro... not the best transformers show but I'm not totally dissapointed with the music since I've heard similar for transformers in the past. What I hope is that the score is more epic than this rock music stuff... this vid may kick your ass enough to win you over... or not... who knows.

I said the same thing before and I was ripped apart for even suggesting that they use Lion's theme for the Transformers. Needless to say I don't need to hear the new theme to know it sucks ass.

If they're going to just add a song like this to the end credits then I really don't see why they can't just use the original Lion's 86 movie theme. It would work just as fine and most people would be walking out the theater anyway. I guarantee you'll get some people saying, "AWW maaan...listen...they're playing the old song! HELL YEAH"...

That was the most round-a-bout question I have ever read. Lol... but:

1. There is no place that this song would fit. The only place that it would go is at the end, "autobots roll out", BUT it's not set up in the way that would fit for that. One key thing to notice is that Jazz isn't mentioned, the reason for this is obvious once you see the film or know in-depth details about the film. Also Bay whose not that much of a 'fan' like some posters on here, probably wouldn't want that theme in the film itself because it would come off (ANY version of that theme) as overly campy.

2. I've known since the movie was announced that there would be somesort of rock (now rock/rap) cover of the theme. How? Aerosmith's "Spider-Man" theme dude. And just like that song... second in the credits, after 'Hero'. How do I know second? Same way I calculated that this new take on the TF theme would exist- "Hero"->"Spidey theme". "Fiction" ->"TF theme".

Fiction is the Goo Goo dolls song, I think they simplified the title recently.

And as I said, so sure on that I put money down.

Hey, not here to wave your opinion of the songs one way or the next... personally liked 'Fiction', could have been better- but, I'm a Goo Goo Dolls and 90s rock kinda guy, carries nostalgia for me- so I liked it. (Though the best rock is Rolling Stones era)

But, hey- you don't that's cool too. Just that's how the credits are going to roll out.
