Tron what have you become!? Man I wish we’ve have gotten a proper follow up to Legacy with a full reformatted Tron reborn from the sea of Simulation.

Why has the plots been so lacklustre in these films, do they not really know or understand the lore of Tron.
Its really frustrating to see them half ass this entry. Legacy was building something and Disney just left it on the scrap heap. All that potential and its been mishandled. They don't know the identity of this franchise, the first was ground breaking in terms of tech, they leaned into this again for Legacy and now it doesn't know what it wants to be.
This franchise has(or had) all the elements to really build something epic in the same vain as starwars, matrix or blade runner. The visuals and music/score have been the vocal point of course but damn all those toppings had no pizza base to lay on. Then to really put a DOA stamp on your film you have that muppet Jared Leto leading your film.... Sometimes im irked by some of the moves hollywood makes these day. Its like they put in all the ingredients to fail (except for nine inch nails), thats the only win i can take out of this)
Sad to see the reviews but not surprised, i find it ironic if A.I actually wrote the script or not.
