I like the new trailer. It almost seems like Ray's english accent leaks through, and there's a couple weird shots at the church where he's looking at the camera (I'll have to see the full scene to see how they work that out) but it's good new footage. I LOVE Jigsaw's voice in it. Good confirmation he won't be all over the top the whole way through.

Going back to topic, the film looks like garbage. I hope I'm wrong, and I will be seeing it opening weekend.

Well, to be technical, been here for about 4 + years, also, I have a job that involves being on-line, so it helps the post count when I'm bored at work.

Post counts were huge during BB, SR, SM3, and TDK.

Film still looks like an inside out butthole. I hope I'm wrong.

That's the best tv spot so far!

And I wish West would talk like that more often! He sounded fine in that clip and there was a new creepy shot of him.

Also Stevenson continues to really leave Thomas Jane a distant memory. Of course that's just me.

I like the tv spot actually not bad. I will reserve my judgement until i see the WHOLE movie. Who knows this movie might be actually really good.

the new tv spot is awesome.

probably the best one beside the "reborn" tv spot, but they both do a great job of setting up the film.

also, jigsaw continues to impress.

Just reading the comments for the new tv spot on the main page...... I dont know how anyone can look at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QeODnEgyc0w and say to themselves "They should have kept Jane, 04 looks so much better".... Jesus Christ, the above trailer looks just as low budget but lacks any kind of visual styleon top of that.

I'm not going to call it, but I wouldn't doubt this film would get any preview screenings based on it's already perceived reputation.

You mean it's perceived reputation based on the previous two movies? or from the trailers and such like?

If i'm not mistaken the reaction to the trailers...especially the comicon one has been mostly positive so far...except maybe from the total seven Thomas jane 's punisher fan....and the usual negative dribbles from TDK fanboys.

As for me, i love the the new TV spot.

Hopefully someone else will helm the sequel.I really don't think this movie is gonna be a box office success,but I think It'll be good.

That spot was AWESOME! I can't friggin wait for this to hit theatres. I love that scene with Jigsaw at the table; he's not hamming it up at all. Very subtle line read and also very creepy.

Thing is though Travolta was the main problem with the last movie, because the earlier draft of the script had plenty of great scenes in it, and having only having $15 million shoot they cut had to **** back and scale down a lot the action scenes.

Well I think that the movie will be terribly received, so they will jump on every little thing and seeing as how the Joker portrayal is the most talked about performance and is so well recieved I think that Jigsaw will be the most bashed thing about it. DareDevil was eaten alive my the average moviegoer for ripping off Spider-Man.

Ofcourse I could be wrong but thats how I see it playing out if the movie is poorly received.
