Ultimates 3 #3 Question

Ok, I finally got a chance to read Ultimates 3 #3. It was a really good comic but there were some parts that I was confused about. First, what is with (in the Ultimate Universe) Wolverine and Scarlet Witch, it was talking about how he went into the mountains after the war he was in and met her, then Magneto barges in. Can someone explain what goes on here? Next, is Scarlet Witch and her mother the same person? Wolverine was talking and said something like this. I just need some clarification.

I haven't touched ULTIMATES 3 with a ten foot pole, but in Ultimate, Wolverine was a longtime member of Magneto's Brotherhood before he joined the X-Men, and so thus it made sense that he'd have had history with Wanda.

I think the woman Logan met after the war was Magda, Wanda and Pietro's mother. Magneto found them together and got rid of Logan.

Why am I buying this pile of poo?

Yeah Wolverine apparently slept with magda and magneto caught and threw wolverine away. 2 decades later he hires wolverine for his mission against the X-men.

Seriously WTF incest, trigger happy hawkeye, Ult Sabertooth reduced to a beast(Ult version is pretty intelligent)........ Its like these guys ignored the whole ultimate series.

Seriously, ask yourself that.

Dont you wish, and this would never happen. That they would have large polls to ask fans who they want to see write or draw what series, and then actually follow through with it.
