US state Laws about OTF Joker Knife

See, it's about making the access to guns harder. Sure, anyone can get a gun if the really want to, legal or not, but making sale and ownership of guns, other than hunting rifles and shotguns, illegal, would reduce the risk of some troubled teen suddenly finding himself with an UZI in hand. No civilian has any reason to own automatic weapons. If were lived in a world we people weren't stupid and unpredictable, sure. But we don't.

About knives, I don't really see the big difference between switchblades and others.. Seems to me some states in the US have stricter laws against knives than guns, which is ridiculous..
