So because we're getting Electro makes it WHOLLY OBVIOUS AND UNIVERSALLY OBVIOUS that we're getting Sinister Six? It's one member...

But we also have Rhino, possibly Lizard, GG. They might set it up more in ASM 3.

Oh so you mean a SInister Six is a super loose sense of the term? Because none of those guys in my mind were Sinister Six members. It was Ock, Sandman, Kraven, Vulture, Electro, and Mysterio.

I'm no expert though. There were probably other iterations fo the S6...

It'd be fair to assume most of Spidey's villains could round out the S6 as long as Doc Ock is involved and a select few are not (in my opinion Green Goblin/Lizard/Venom/Carnage are not S6 material).

But if they popped Rhino in, I'd be happy. If they popped Sandman out (because he's already been used) I'd be happy.

I should hope Kraven and Mysterio are on the roster though.

Yeah there were. I don't think Webb and co are worried too much about getting the original line up down. Movies especially, have a twist in that sort of thing.

I really want the transformation scene to look painful. Like the audience is cringing up while watching!

Let me think...I'm gonna go a more mixed (Ult. and 616) route.

The scene starts out with Peter in the church tearing off the suit, screaming in pain as he feels the claws of the suit painfully pulls off of him. He hits the bell a few more times and suddenly the suit peels off of him and slithers away. Peter falls to his knees, ready to pass out. Peter climbs out of the tower.

Cuts to Eddie walking into the church slowly with a gun in his right hand. As he walks up to the alter, tear flow down his cheeks. He stares at the crafted cross with Jesus on it.

Eddie: You know why I'm here...I just...I just can't take it anymore.

He continues to stare at the cross.

Eddie: Peter took everything from me.

...

Eddie: HE TOOK EVERYTHING!! My job, my home, my life!!!

Eddie puts the gun to his head. He cocks it.

Eddie: It's over.

Suddenly, something gooey drips in front of him from the ceiling. He slowly lowers the gun and kneels down to observe it. It's moving!

Eddie: What the...?

He slowly goes to touch, but suddenly it latches onto him! He freaks out. He tries desperately to pull it off, but more of it starts to drip onto him. He starts to crawl all over him, ripping off his clothes. He falls to his knees.

Eddie: AAAHH!!!

The tentacles from the goo starts to slither into his nose, mouth, and ears. He begins to choke up on it. The goo begins to make almost a cocoon around his body.

The camera zooms in on his right eye.

Cuts to the inside of Eddie's mind. We see him starring up at what will soon be Venom's face.

Symbiote: Eddie Brock. We can feel your hatred and anger for Parker and Spider-Man, and it is sweet! Perhaps you would like to see that the two are one in the same.

Images of Peter suiting up as Spider-Man flash through his head.

Symbiote: Join us, Brock, and together we will destroy Parker!

Goes back out to the cocoon on the church alter. Eddie bursts out of it and climbs out slowly. His arms begin to become bigger and muscular. His body begins to become bigger. The sound effect would be the sound of bones crunching (would be pretty gruesome.)

Eddie begins to like the pain.

Eddie: Haha! Yes. Yes!

Eddie raises his head up, looking straight at the camera. He closes his eyes for a brief second. He opens them and they are now red! He smiles sinisterly. The symbiote crawls onto his face and forms Venom's face.

He jumps at the screen. It goes black.

Beautiful!

I would want Aaron (Breaking Bad), Garrett (Four Brothers, Tron: Legacy), or Cam (Never Back Down) for Brock please. ^_^ I think all three would make an excellent threat to Andrew's Spider-Man (and eventually be an anti-hero).

I know McFarlane's Brock was a HUGE mass of muscles but that was sort of a McFarlane trend to draw huge, lumpy things lol so I can understand some of you wanting a smaller Eddie and I agree (as long as it's not Topher haha)

Was thinking a little bit about casting. What about Boyd Holbrook?

He was on the shortlist to play Harry Osborn for TASM 2. When I saw him I thought "Hmm...maybe this guy is more suited for Eddie Brock."

Thinking about how Brock should be added to this series that in a way that appeals to both USM and 616 fans while still being new, fresh and hopefully a decent story. Everyone seems to be cool with Brock's story in the SSM cartoon. Where he's an intellectual friend and not a journalist. But what if he met Peter in college in a journalistic photography class?!

That pretty much covers all the bases. Mayhaps they are both science majors in an elective photojournalism course. They become friends because Peter's have been taken from him (Gwen and Harry).

And mayhem inevitably ensues.

Also makes me think he's taking his shirt off because the symbiote tried attatching itself to it, like Spider-Man 3 when Brock took his jacket off because a bit of symbiote landed on him. I always HATED how Topher was wearing a shirt underneath the symbiote after Peter separated them, yet you can clearly see shoulders during his several "unmaskings."

I don't want to see venom or carnage in this series be cause
1) we have already seen venom
2) can't do carnage without venom although it would be interesting to see him
3) 2 symbiote villians just seems boring

Jensen Ackles and Aaron Paul are great choices and I wouldn't mind either one of them being cast as Eddie if they ever cast him
