Venom Venom: The Last Dance

I can't think of any Marvel film franchise (that featured the same lead) that has a worse trilogy than this one. Even though, the third movie would be the lowest grossing out of the three films, its kinda impressive for Sony that they managed to get a trilogy out of this, when none of the movies were actually good.

X-Men, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Wolverine, Thor, Captain America, Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Ant-Man and Deadpool all had at least 1 good movie. I didn't like any of the Blade movies but its best movie is definitely better than the best Venom movie.

I watched it a few days ago . Definitely all over the place, had some good scenes, a few cool action moments, and I did laugh pretty hard a couple of times. Overall, probably liked it better than Venom 2, but not better than Venom 1.

I couldn't tell if my wife was genuinely laughing so hard at some scenes because it was so stupid or she just thought they were funny. She said she liked it afterwards lol. Shes a super normie with comic book stuff.

I may have just enjoyed it a lil more than I normally would because I've never seen her laugh like that at the movie theater lol.

I like the first one best since the symbiote still had a degree of menace. I wanted to feel like San Francisco wasn’t necessarily safe just because Riot was defeated. Just because Riot was worse doesn’t make Venom a good guy.

100 mil better than Joker 2 :o

Yeah, the Venom films have all had strong 2nd weekends. Performing above their Cinemascore and other metrics

Not to downplay the success, but I do think that this is a bit more evidence that the first weekend was a bit depressed by the World Series. When a movie gets affected by such things, they can bounce back the next weekend.

Still, good for the movie.

I guess so. Sony is going to run this Venom thing into the ground, I think.
So much for them making it sound like Venom: The Last Dance was its Last Stand.

Even though this movie had a good 2nd weekend drop, its still only $90 million after 2 weekends in North America. I know their budget for this isn't super high but 90 million after 10 days, isn't really impressive for comic-book movies, especially a 3quel.

Did anyone actually believe it was the last one? Come on yall, lol! But in any case, if Venom has a new host, then it sort of is The Last Dance for Eddie and Venom at this point. Until they maybe crossover in Secret Wars.

But I am telling ya, if we get Agent Venom, then Anti-Venom is coming :o

I wanted this to fail for not having Scream. Come on!
