Ok, me and a friend are having a debate and I think Venom would mop the flore with him but he thinks otherwise. Post your opinion. I need to prove I am right.

I don't agree.Punisher is a resourceful guy and can definitely kick anybody's ass.Try reading the "Punisher kills the Marvel Universe" and you'll see what i'm talking about.

Ok.So maybe Venom is one of Spidey's top 10 most feared villains but i guess if he went toe-to-toe with the Punisher,i pretty much say that it could be a tight fight.Something like a Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Undertaker thing.

IN this you're telling me the Punisher managed to kill several of our "Untouchable" heroes? Heroes Like Wolverine, Hulk, Venom, Thing, Phoenix, not to mention Dr. Strange, Luke Cage and Iron Man. What was the writer of "Punisher kill's th Marvel universe" smoking and where can i get some? There's no way, the Punisher can get anywhere close to the equipment needed to kill such characters. Wolverine's entire body was burned from his skeleton recently and he grew back, Hulk has been shot by every known device in the goddamn marvel universe, so what can the punisher do? Venom is bullet proof, and can survive most of his vulnerabilities pretty simply, Thing is again pretty impervious, phoenix can bend reality, make the punisher think things are that are not, Dr. Strange could magic is butt to another dimension, and Luke Cage is like thing, more or less impervious. Iron Man has more guns then the punisher is even allowed to dream about. Punisher kills the marvel universe...Bah humbug...I needed that laugh...hulk:

Venom has survived falmethrowers, which will eventually run out of fuel. Alien symbiotes do not run out of fuel that can enter the lungs and suffocate you or enter your brain and give you a stroke.

venom,he has a healing factor of sorts,spider sense,super strength much more agile,stronger webbing then spidey,he can get around alot easier and didnt punisher have trouble with spider man??
