The Dark Knight Rachel Nichols = VICKI VALE?!?

Hey everyone, I was just at Wiki, checking the Vicki Vale page, and it says that Nichols is along side Misha Barton to maybe be Vicki Vale! What do you guys think? I think it's great!

Vale definitely works... and she won't eat up the screentime like a Selina Kyle would... but if they are still gonna use the Burton babes... they best use Selina if they can't be original... only a far fetched rumor as of now...

Its another fanmade rumor or sometimes their agent does it to get into the system of the studios TPTB i.e. with Isla Fisher, Steve Carrell etc-
Remember that kid that started the Micheal Keaton rumor on the Joker that spread all over online or Beckinsale as Wonder Woman coming as a joke by critic JoBlo on April Fool's day. I dont see this on any Batman sites or any entertainment sites. Nichols was so bad in Alias, the ratings stunk when she sub for Garner.

I mean I think we got an idea of what the villain roles might be... I just don't know what they'll do about a love interest if anything... just saying I think Vale is a good bet if they decide to bring one in

If they're going to bring in a love-interest from the comics, I'd honestly prefer if they use Julie Madison or Silver St. Cloud. The others have been done (I still want to see Selina in this franchise however), I wanna see a fresh face.

And you believe it? Wikipedia has a history with false information. Always. The "edit" feature on numerous pages is there for a reason. People can edit whatever they want, whenever they please. Nichols as Vicki, however, is false. There hasn't been anything on her involvement. Nor Vicki even being in the film.

Who said they believe it... the only thing I said is that Vikki could be a suitable love interest... no seems to talk about that since she was already used but so was Selina... I don't think she'll be in but I do believe there will be a love interest however

Admittedly, I'm not the best person to describe Silver. As for Vicki though, I thought she was pretty spot-on. Wasn't she essentially Batman's version of Lois Lane? That's what I got from the comics and Burton's film.

No to Julie Madison and Silver St. Cloud as love interest. Not only are they lame but they add nothing to Batman. They might as well have been those 2 European chicks from BB.

Nothing wrong in fleshing out the characters and making them useful. Let's not forget the original days of the classic rogues gallery. They were pretty useless then too.

They've used Julie Madison before too. Granted, it was in a movie we'd all rather forget, and she was a rather throwaway character, but she was still there. At least, i'm 90% sure that was Julie Madison in Batman and Robin. I dont make it a point to watch that movie too often.

But the truth is, what point would Madison, St. Cloud, or even Vicki Vale really bring to the film? They're one-note throwaway love interests that serve no purpose but to make Batman feel he's not spending enough time being Bruce Wayne or just get kidnapped. I mean, Selina Kyle could serve the former, and the latter is best left out. She's also serve a much more useful purpose to the actual story, and actually have some character development.
