With Prince of Persia set to make the jump, Tomb Raider was adapted, and various other properties. A question came to mind.......
I want to know, What Video game any one would like to see made into a movie?

How would you do the movie?
plot?
actor(s)/actresses?
Director?




I want a see a Legend of Zelda adaption. A straight out of the game plot of Ganon kidnapping Zelda, optianing the tri-force. A young boy(17-18yrs), gets sent on a quest to defeat the evil Ganon and restore Hyrule. I would want Bruckheimer to produce, and Alfonso Cauron to direct. Can't think of anybody to play the parts yet, but I would like to see Jack Davenport as Ganon with the Twilight Princess look.

Prince of Persia could be cool.

If I had to pick one game for a film adaptation, I would love for Zelda: Ocarina of Time to be it.. Alfonso Cuaron would be an interesting choice for director. I always thought Craig T Nelson would make a good Gannon, what with his height, general look plus prosphetics and that voice.. Maybe Jamie Bell as Link?

Aren't Nintendo moving ahead with an animated version?

They're finally moving ahead with Broken Sword which I'm happy about. Dino Crisis could be cool. Beyond Good and Evil.. Eternal Darkness, they could maybe look into special 3d like glasses to incorparate the effects of the sanity system. Viewtiful Joe, XIII and a Starfox/Lylat Wars movie done live action with prosphetics and costumes..

Monkey Island with Tim Curry as Le Chuck and Zach Braff as Guybrush..

The only Video game i'm anxious to be made into a film is Metal Gear Solid.

If they follow the kind of story telling from the games, then this will be by far the best video game adaption ever, also could go on the top list of action films.

Hideo would have to have some kind of involvement, producer maybe.

Plot, i think i would base it off Metal gear solid from the playstation 1.

Actors, hard choice as i cant think of many people, while david hayter has the voice im not sure if he has the right look for snake. I would have to go with an unknown for him as i want to see snake not say brad pit as snake!

Director, again another toughey, would have to be some1 competent with action like james cameron but i know he might be too big of a director for this one.

I'm looking forward to the Castlevania movie that's currently in pre-production (shooting begins this winter). The story supposedly centers around the beginning of Dracula's reign, and his first clash with Simon Belmont. So far, no official cast has been announced, but I hope they don't screw it up. I wouldn't mind seeing either a 3D-animated or live-action version for "Symphony of the Night", either. You can find info for the film at this link.

Zach as Guybrush, would be awesome. I'd love a Viewtiful Joe movie, it'd be like...a movie, within a movie.

I'd personally want a Burnout movie. One with great computer generated graphics of the crashes, real dangers, real racers. Not some lame Too Fast Too Furious nonsense.
What can I say, I'm a sucker for the Burnout series.

I think Soul Reaver would make a kick ass film if it is done right, as those games are great, great characters would be hard to make lots of CGI I think but would be good.

I havn't seen him in enough roles to decide whether he would be good for Snake, I was just merely pointing out the visual reference

Wow... amazing. That's really a good look-a-like.

Also, try to make a Max Payne film with Wayne Kramer at the helm. Just watch 'Running Scared' and tell me that that style would not make for a kick ass Max Payne film!

Ya,theres some video games I like to see in big screens(some maybe in the works).

Gears of War; think this is in the works

God of War; this would be a good one;not sure if this is in works or not.

Metal Gear Solid; i would'nt mind. No david wenham, his voice is so 'Un-Manly'..

Bullet Witch if anyones played the game(okay game,but camera angles sux'd ballz,and needed more hand-to-hand moves),I think this could be an okay movie if done right...

Other than that, I don't play alot of video games anymore.
