If you had the power to give the green light to any game what would that game be??

Mafia III

L.A. Noire 2

A great open-world Superman game. Superman Returns was awful.

This is very much a local thing and not one I expect a lot of people would want but I'd love a decent rugby game. Most rugby games to date have been average at best.

Oregon Trail update/remake whatever you call it....no joke.

Open world, 3D, HD Pokemon game.

A new Beast Wars game.

A Daredevil or Moon Knight or Hawkeye ripoff of the Batman Arkham games.

Some kind of game based on Avatar The Last Airbender. Along the lines of Mass Effect, Kotor or similar games.

A remake
The line below it explains what I want

Gamers are a tough crowd to please when it comes to Superman
How great can a great Superman game be?

Well I don't think our expectations are unreasonably high, every Superman game so far has been ****. Not decent or average, but pure crap. Give me exciting combos, an open world, a great and upgradeable flying gameplay system, a great story from comic writers, cinematic boss fights with Zod and the likes, gorgeous graphics and sounds. It's not rocket science.

That would be crazy awesome!

It can be truly great. It's hard as heck to do, but there's no actual cap on how great it can be.

Goodness yes. I haven't touched Pokemon in ten years but I would jump back in with both feet for Pokemon Online.

That would pretty much make my year.

For me, a AAA Mighty Morphin Power Rangers game would pretty much rock my socks to pieces.

A Zorro game with Assassin's Creed style gameplay!

What would Superman do between the boss fights that would challenge him, and the gamer? From what I took from that description, that Superman game sounds like Shadow of Colossus, meaning epic boss fights, but a whole lot of nothing between them. But I guess it's better than what we have gotten so far. :csad:

Same, but I'd make it a fighting game in the same vein as Power Stone or Marvel Nemisis: Rise of the Imperfects.

Speaking of MN:RotI, I'd want to take another shot at that game. The original game suffered from broken/unbbalanced characters and the original character roster was forgetable, but the concept of the gameplay is still fresh and addictive.

An old school RE or Silent Hill type game. No QTEs (well maybe 1 or 2 but not many), skippable cutscenes, a decent amount of ammo but not enough to just murdalize everything and for the SH game multiple endings including a funny ending like the UFO or the Dog ending from SH2. Possible infinite weapons for the SH game at the end if you did certain things. Something easy to do if you knew how but if you didn't then there'd be hints throughout the second playthrough on how to do it.

Superman could remain a challenge by giving points for using your powers efficiently as possible.

For example, if you find a way to destroy Brainiac's robotic swarm by using a single move you get bonus points which help unlock more moves and powers.

With a sense of pulpy fun and the ability to carve Zs into anything, I'd gladly send my money right this minute.

*A Red Dead Redemption prequel ("John Marston: The Outlaw Years").

*an open world NYC set in the Marvel Universe, allowing you to pick just about any playable character, or creating your own hero or villain. Yes, Lego Marvel, but with actual graphics and gameplay, and comic-book stylings instead of Lego cutesy.

*Mad Max: The Game. Oh, wait.

*Cyberpunk: The Game. Oh, wait.

*A GTA for cops. You choose whether you want to play Good Cop or Bad Cop. Or private eye or vigilante, if you want to operate without a badge.

*A fighting game that puts MMA into a WWE-style "kayfabe" universe of in-ring and backstage storylines, then ups the ante to include weapons and actual lethal combat, MK and gladiatorial style. The gladiatorial arena for this age. But none of the goofy sci-fi/fantasy/manga nonsense of SF, MK, DOA and the like.

I thought they could integrate the corrupt cop angle into GTA6.

Especially if it's set in Latin America or South America.

Haha, what? I kind of get what you're saying regarding the graphics, but how does Lego Marvel not have gameplay? Lego or not, it's still the best Marvel game around and the gameplay is enormously fun.

Resident Evil 6 remade, fixing what is broken
I don't mind rotating the analog stick to escape, but all those blasted Quick Time Events are annoying. Carla's chase is unnecessary pain, it should be skipped and a jump to the cutscene of her escaping Chris and Pierce. Stages like that are trolling the player :cmad:
And fix the too dark visuals

Of course LEGO is fun. But it's cutesy kid stuff. I'm talking about a "srs bsns" approach to Marvel gameplay, with individualized powersets instead of generic "brick/ blaster/ TK/ etc." tags that put characters like Hulk and Thing on an equal footing. An actual Marvel game, but one that's open world instead of the linear approach that every other Marvel game without "Spider-Man" or "Ultimate Destruction" in the title uses.

I think the next gen consoles will allow an open world Marvel Universe game with the freedom, interaction and graphics of GTA5.
