people have suggested mole man, galactus, super skrull, frightful four and whatnot.

honestly i would just like to see a revamped Dr. Doom once again.

Have Doom reclaim his throne in Latveria and wage war upon the FF.

Doom wasnt done right at all in the first movie. They can redeem is character with the sequel.

between Dr. Doom and Super Skrull, they should not ever use Mole Man though would not work at all and he ain't a good chararcter anyway IMO

Doom in all his Dictatorial glory, with some hack villian in the beginning to establish the action of the film....maybe.

Of course Doctor Doom has to come back, filling the same sort of role that Magneto has in the X-men movies. It's hard to imagine a Fantastic Four movie without Doom around in some capacity, and for the sequel they'd have the opportunity to fix the mistakes they made with the character on the first time out.

But as the movie's new villain, I'm dying to see Annihilus show up. The Negative Zone is a classic aspect of the Fantastic Four's history, and Annihilus is one of the all-time best FF villains, IMO. It could also be interesting to see how the guys who did the Thing makeup/costume would approach Annihilus's look... could have the potential for a pretty creepy-looking supervillain if they pull it off right.

While something as relatively unrealistic as the Negative Zone wouldn't fit in many of the other, more grounded Marvel movies, I think the first FF movie set up a universe where a lot of the wackier things from the comics can happen without feeling out of place.

I was thinking about this a bit and was thinking it should be Doom again, with a touch of the Doombots and Inhumans lore, but modified to fit the FF Movie universe.

So in the movie Doom uses reeds cosmic machine to change Grimm back into human form, and then Grimm uses it to revert back into the Thing form, so Reed's device is proven to work. This is a dangerous thing, a working device that can give anybody super-powers, and Victor being the brilliant and devious dude he is, and actually being around and utilizing the machine, will easily be able to recreate it.

So I was thinking Victor goes back to Latveria and reclaims his family's throne and he uses those resources to build his own cosmic machine for his own nefarious needs. His idea is to make his own army of super beings to do his will(replacing the idea of the Doombots) in his search to end the Fantastic Four and in the long run rule the world. One problem is he cannot, and will not use this device on his own people, since it would probably be considered an act of terror and he wants the adoration of his people, so he looks to another society to release this on. He looks no further than a neighbor of his, the small country of Attilan, which at this time is a smaller war-weary eastern bloc country with a low population ruled by a king named Blackagar Boltagon(later Black Bolt).

So Doom, without their consent, and unknowingly to them, cosmically 'nukes' the whole society blasting each citizen with the same cosmic rays that gave Doom himself his powers, masking it as a meteor crash or something akin to that. Reasons for this are as above, but also for an expirement as he is a scientist, and also for political gain, because as they all start to change panic and fear floods the small nation and Doom comes to their aid with financial and moral support, due to himself being afflicted, and wins their support for the time being.

The cosmic 'nuke' had an effect, but not equally on all people, turning some into powerful super-beings, some seemingly with no change at all, and some into underground dwelling sub-humans.

So Doom makes his case for opposition to the Fantastic Four, saying they will be a global police which is a threat to the free world, but Black Bolt and his royal family, including Medusa, Gorgon, Karnack and Triton, are unconvinced. Then Doom's savior comes in a seemingly un-modified citizen of Attilan, Black Bolts insane and jealous brother, Maximus. Maximus did actually get powers, the powers of mind control and posession, so he aids Doom in convincing his brother and the royal family into doing his bidding, and facing the Fantastic Four and then rallying his super-powered populace into taking over the world.

So after that Doom and the Inhumans would face the Fantastic Four and eventually through the battle Reed and crew would thwart the mental hold Maximus and Doom have over them to once again save the world, and free the Inhumans.

After this the Inhumans would retreat into seclusion and since their entire populace is modified they adopt the ritual of bathing their children in cosmic rays after puberty for all to be equal as this becomes their ritual from then on.

Sorry this took so long, just wanted to get out, what do you all think?

It would be hard to do moleman with any sense of believeability. They've obviously setup for Dr. Doom in the second one anyway.

Wizard or Puppet Master

Wizard would be top choice first though.

:marv:

i would say doom. unless you are a bug fantastic four fan and read the comics, you don't know you moleman or puppetmaster is. everybody knows who dr doom is. i would just do another doom movie. they can make it work.

I would say Namor. They hinted him. And Doom is at seas so he could like attack the ship free doom team up (they did in the comics).

That sounds cool and all, but there's just one problem: Dr. Doom in the movies wants to be above other people. If only four other people got their powers through cosmic rays and combined forces to defeat him, why would Victor run the risk of creating a society full of people who could be just as powerful?

A good plan for movie-Magneto, but not movie-Doom.

Like you said, he already got his ass handed to him by those four other heroes, so he needs help, since him and him alone won't be able to do it. The Doom in the comics has used super-beings as his pawns and lackeys before, no reason why he wouldn't in the movie, he is just as megalomaniacal.

Doom is created to be this great threat that would eventually be thwarted and retreat for a nother go later on, this fits.

Doom should be what Magneto is to the X-Men franchise. Always lurking around and involved in some way. It would be good to see Doom use another villain as a pawn then the Fantastic Four take on Doom and an army of Doombots in Latveria.

I think he should team up with namor like in the comics.

No cause that would mean another useless love triangle. :down

It is going to be a problem for Namor to ever be in the F4 movies as he is owned by Universal Pictures so you can cross him out of a picture. Just make sure Doom is definitely a global threat and all is cool !

I'm sure the villain will be Doom. Hopefully this time around he will be a dictator Doom in all his glory:up:

I think the Moleman would be good, but they'd have to revamp his story...maybe an underground lab where he conducts genetic experiments. Save Doom for # 3...let some time pass for him to build his empire.

this should be the Galactus look if he gets in a ff movie. this goes for Silver Surfer too.

I think mole man would work kinda cool if they had the ultimate origin (underground base where he hooks into the cities CCTV etc...

I think everyones right when they say that Doom'll be like Magneto in X Men ubt they still need someone new...

Puppet Master could be pretty creepy too (but wouldn't he need to be a skinny lil black guy since Alicia was...would that work?)

Galactus and Silver surfer would be way to big, plus a silver surfer movie is apparently in pre-production!

Either Mole Man or Annihilus,as well as Dr. Doom becoming the REAL Dr. Doom as a side story.
