I'm not sure about the team-up, but the fact of Poison Ivy as a environmental terrorist is brilliant. t:

And I'd like to see either Talia, Ra's, Black Mask, Bane, Deadshot, Killer Croc, or Riddler. I like the idea of connecting Ra's and Nygma together like in the comics in terms of him dying and using the Lazarus Pit behind his back and soon to become enemies. And Catwoman; she'd rock if they treat her as neutral and a romantic interest with theatrics.

That's true. I think he's a solid enough villain to stand alone. Like in the Batman: Knightfall series. That'd be cool to see.

very much so some adaption of that would be awesome or even what Spike over in the UDC RPG has done, he is strategically taking down the organized crime organizations just to get Bats attention before they fight, they have yet to fight though, he is still takin down the families

I'd be very intrigued to see how Nolan would write The Riddler and who would play him and how. I always felt that in the mediocre 'Batman Forever' Jim Carrey was just playing The Joker in a green suit, there needs to be a much more faithful and clear distinction between those characters.

ya know, if they had Bane playing dumb, just to get into an organization before making a bid for power, that bif being successful and then the rest of the movie being Bane as the intelligent character he truely is

Firefly as an arsonist hired by Black Mask or the Penquin to either say collect insurance fraud or to burn down a compeditor's company would make a nice addition as well. Not to mention Rupert Thorn or Arthur Hill looking to fill the D.A. position post Harvey Dent.
