The Dark Knight Rises Villains you most want to see in sequels? (Post fan art if yee wish)

Interesting that Lady Shiva isn't on this poll. She's defintely a Batman villain (a whole story arc based on her training Bruce went on for over a year in the comics).

Shiva seems a another perfect fit for the Nolanverse, and she's a lot less played out than Catwoman. Shiva is a supreme martial artist and assassin. Nothing too unrealistic. She could be a figure from Bruce's past (either studying martial together under another master, or her helping train him). And she could also double up as a love interest (though they've never gone that direction in the comics).

Done right, it could be a Batman film version of Frank Miller's classic DareDevil and Elektra story arc.

A lot of people Ive read dont want the Riddler cause he is too similar to the Joker. How?

Joker was more or less a terrorist who had deluded beliefs of the world (dont they all?).

He doesn't have to be a serial killer,but still have those situations with his traps. He shouldn't be a terrorist like the Joker,making threats, blowing things up, and killing leaders.

Riddler should do a variety of different crimes,that force the authorities and Batman to be smart in the challenge,while he carries out his criminal activities.

Nolan and his team said that Mr. freeze, penguin and catwoman wouldn´t appear, then the riddler is probably the villain, he was supposed to be the villain in the dark knight but they prefered the joker, thay also said that two-face is dead, now the villain is probably going to be the Riddler, by the way, those who want deadshot and killer croc as the villains have to remember that they appeared in batman: gotham knight, an animated film that takes place between batman begins and the dark knight, in this animated there also appeared a strange version of firefly.
I hope scarecrow appears too, i think that batman doesn´t need a new romance, but if they put a new one then the pocibilities may be vicky vale, poison ivy, talia all ghoul or a newly invented character.

By the way, when i said i really want to see another animation like gotham knight i was refering to another animation set in the Nolanverse.
But the other original dc animated universe films are cool to, my favoutite of them that i saw was Justice League: crisis on two hearts.

I think there should be a team of villains in this one.
What if a new authority figure lets some of Batman's enemies out of jail to become bounty hunters and bring him in? They could be seperate from The Riddler and even have a rivalry with him.

I think, if they were to go down this route. Killer Croc is a must, he's a street thug with a grotesque skin condition and a deceptively cunning mind. Penguin could be included too, as the leader of sorts, he doesn't get his hands dirty but organises the search and sets up traps. I think Mad Hatter could be involved in some way also, he's just such a weirdo and a loose cannon that it would be very tense to see him actively trying to find Batman.

But Batman enemies becoming bounty hunters with the promise of freedom (Or a lesser sentence) is a great idea. I didn't come up with it, but since it was mentioned I am sure - sure - it would be brilliant if put into action.

Plus, as they're bounty hunters. They can afford to be a little crazy, so this means that they don't have to muck about with their costumes that much.

Jonathan was told by someone that people thought Catwoman and Penguin are the next logical choices and he responded (paraphrasing here) "Not necessarily".

Only Mr. Freeze has been definitely ruled out.

Not to mention that Black Mask is a threat to both Wayne and Batman, as well as Hush nearly, you're one of the few that understands these villains in an order that would bring both the cinematic effect and endeavor for Batman to struggle with even greater problems. Glad to know we're on the same page. t:

Honestly I think it's a little early to bring it Hush, but everyone else otherwise would be terrific. Definitely bring in either Black Mask or Riddler, perhaps both at the same time; Black Mask perhaps being the main mob leader and head of his industry (proving a competitive threat to Wayne Industries and physical one to Batman) and the Riddler being the underdog of the shoe gradually revealing to be pulling all of the strings and resuming forward as the main antagonist (most noted like Ra's in Batman Begins as well as Riddler himself in Hush). And with that, why not bring back an even bigger feud between the mob and the newly freaks (Black Mask; possible mention of Penguin) with the return of Carmine Falcone (to tie into with a little of Long Halloween/Dark Victory and a hint of When In Rome) and uniting with other leaders like Maroni and a few other new mob faces.... and perhaps Joker's survivors. And with the When In Rome spin with Long Halloween/Dark Victory, the perfect and logical explanation of introducing Selina Kyle/Catwoman into Batman's life, he who is striving to redeem himself previously from The Dark Knight and struggles with the morals and decisions with Catwoman and cleaning Gotham City by doing what he can to rid the city of both typical crime and Joker's purge of new theatrics.

That's just me though; Nolan's always unpredictable in the route he goes with. LOL
