Apart from Metallo and Mongul from the game, I want to see:

Eradicator

Doomsday (with the head on the right \/)

Brainiac (this on the outside, "Super Powers" on the inside a la The Terminator)

As for story ideas and other things:

* Luthor using the rest of the Vanderworth fortune to create Lexcorp, using its technology to pass himself off as a born-again heroic figure who could ascend the ranks of public office.

* Lois finally figuring out that Clark are Superman are the same, but their relationship is more like with Lana - her being a confidant rather than a companion (let's face it, there's still flak about Clark and Lois getting hitched in the comics - do you really WANT to see them pair up in the movies?)

* Darkseid left to a Justice League movie. He's just too big a threat.

* For that matter, Bizarro pushed down the road or left out entirely. We've had ENOUGH evil-Superman wannabes in the movies.

* Something done with Jason that does NOT cave to the "RAHR! KILL DA BOYEE!" mentality (hell, taking a nod from Action's current arc, they could say he's not even Clark's kid - maybe Zod had a bit of sick 'fun' with Lois before he hauled her off to the Fortress... )

Superman/Clark should tell Lois, she shouldnt find out. I think that'd be a good way to end the sequel.

Maybe Clark decides to dance with Lois as some black tie event at the end and holds her just as Superman held her in SR... and then says the words "I'm always around."

That'd be a good scene, but they are setting it up so that Superman, Lois and Jason will be a family. I dont think the Lana 'confidant' thing would work here.

Well, that kind of slights Richard as a character. Plus, Clark having to tell Lois as opposed to her suspecting it from the onset (a la SII) makes her look kinda dumb.

I suppose you could have him get ready to tell her, just like in S:TM (which, since it's Singer, could conceivably happen) when Clark reaches for his glasses.

Clark: "Lois...there's something that I have to tell you...

Lois: "You're really Superman."

Clark: "I'm really Su...what?"

Getting back to pics, some other things that might be neat to see down the road:

Conduit, wearing a recolored version of THIS suit

Some variation of this suit (based on Action Comics #659) built by John Henry Irons and later customized by Irons to use as Steel

Kara In-Ze, wearing this outfit only with instead of an open chest (sorry, fellas ), no gloves, blue leggings and red boots

Hank Henshaw (looking similar to this particular Microman figure)

No really. If Richard makes the decision to end it of his own judgement with Lois it will be fine. He could make peace with Superman too and ask him to take care of Lois.

My best scenario for Richards exit is to leave overseas to be an international investigative reporter in a wartorn country in order to expose the truth about the Govt or Lex Luthor or something. He would be leaving to do something heroic that both Lois and him believe in, and they could write it as his job as the reason they never tied the knot before.

I didnt like how the secret was handled in Superman II, it just makes Superman look like a dick and a liar if Lois finds out that way.

Superman should tell her as Clark, when Richard leaves...he should say "Don't worry, I'm always around"....then she'll know. It should be very subtle.

So true. And the tidbit thread is sort of a re-start if that were true. And a defacto admission.

One problem a sequel would have - it will be 3 years later and presumably the Lois and Superman Jason stuff will be settled. Lois will be with Richard or Superman. If not and they are still doing that silly dance 3 years after Superman returned it will look more pathetic than it did in SR.

This version of Toyman, just for some sheer creepiness

This thing in FLIGHT (maybe have Clark go to NK to get the crystals back - just for a gag, they should give it a sort of blue glow and slap an on the front of it - that should irritate a couple fanboys )

- Lighter tone, but same realness

- Lex creating a super villian (to much like Superman 4)
- Lex Goofyness (3rd act where he is violent was perfect)

I agree good points. Lighter would be good more sun in this one, more daytime shots, more colourful.

it's not really the mullet I want to see, it's the flight patterns that they use in the comics... in STM and the comics, it looks so graceful, and I didn't see that in SR... I hope they get it right next time around.
