^ imo that is a dreadfull choice

but hey what do I know

Nolan, or Raimi

Lee would be up there if I thought the Hulk was in the same league with BB, and Spiderman

I bet Faverau will be awesome though

Tim Burton and Richard Donner.

Donner is a good director, but I don't think he did the best job of the best superhero directors

If Burton hasn't made the best Batman movie, he certianly can't be the best Superhero director imo

Well all I did was disagree with you, and why, I didn't say it is fact you are wrong, I just said I would say you are.

Well Donner is Great but Burton is kinda Weird sometimes.

The Burton Batmans are growing on me a little, but there still is that silver age touch, that while it is a neat homage, I would prefer to not see that in a movie, especially when Batman movies are at best once every three years

Sorry if I came off as being hostile, It's just that I've been attacked so many times by other members on the batman boards for liking Tim burton's Batman movies more than Chirstopher Nolan's film. Thats why I don't like to post there anymore, because every thread about Tim's batman movies just turn into another immature "Batman Begins vs. Tim Burton" debate.

Agreed.

As for me: Burton FTW.

How come this is not a pole?

What kind would you like? Wood, metal...?

I'm thinking Raimi.

But maybe Singer or Del Toro.

Possibly Nolan, but I don't think so.

I feel ya, I posted I think a couple earlier on my opinions on the Burton Batmans, basically I think if you where to cinematically make a Batman movie, especially when we only get 1 every three years at best, I think Nolan's version is the correct path to take. I actually like the villain focus of the eariler ones, which tends to be a popular reason to hate on them, because outside of DeVito I personally think all of them (including the Schumacer ones) did a real fine job given the direction of the film.

Good call with Del Toro, I always forget about Hellboy I love that flick

Raimi rules weather I think he is the best or not, he is definatley my favorite

Sam Raimi and then Chris Nolan

Well i did do a Poll but it loged me out when i confirmed and posted the post with out the poll, Sorry.

I can't decide between Raimi and Del Toro, though I know Bryan Singer would be my runner-up.

Del Toro. Blade 2 was simply awesome.

Sam Raimi is overrated. The 1st 2 spidey movies are mediocre at the very best, although sm3 is shaping upto be quite impressive.

Best Bryan Synger for X-Men 2
Worst Bryan Synger for Superman Returns

tim burton for sure...the original batman was the bomb. yes...i said the bomb.
