I think something's always going to be lost in translation from one medium to another.

This poll lacks Chris Nolan, Del Toro, and one could even argue Michael Bay. There should at least be an option for Other on here. There are other directors not listed here who have done superhero films.

I am very disappointed in the effort that went into the research for this poll.

Only directors who have directed 2 or more superhero movies are considered for the poll. It says so in the first post.

Del Toro is the only other director who would be considered with Blade II and Hellboy... but that issue has already been addressed.
