'X-Men' Co-Star Jumps to 'Juno'

"Thank You For Smoking" helmer Jason Reitman has found a pair of young leads for his follow-up project, "Juno."
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the coming-of-age comedy will be toplined by "X-Men: The Last Stand" co-star Ellen Page and by "Arrested Development" vet Michael Cera.
The plot revolves around a teenage girl named Juno (Page), who becomes pregnant and embarks on an unexpected (and perhaps darkly hilarious) journey. Cera will play her best friend, who may have just a little to do with the pregnancy.
Diablo Cody wrote the film, which currently has financing, but no distributor. Production should begin in early 2007.
Page has had a breakthrough year with her turn as Kitty Pryde in the blockbuster "X-Men" sequel and her lead role in the psychological thriller "Hard Candy."
Cera played George Michael Bluth for a trio of glorious seasons on the Emmy-winning "Arrested Development." His upcoming features include "Parental Guidance Suggested" and "Super Bad."
