We only have Wal-Mart in my area, so that's where I shop. Not that I mind, 'cause **** is cheap. I don't mind buying clothes there either if it's basic stuff like sweatpants, a hoodie, a sweatshirt or white tees, that sort of stuff.

Only time I go into Target is if I have extra money to spend on dvds, they have a good selection.

So I use the site bfads.net that gives me online and local sales.

There was a $39.99 X-Box Live 12 month membership, usually $59.99 but it was available at Walmart. Not a big deal, it's on my way home. For something that should have taken me 5 minutes, took close to 20 minutes at the site to store register.

The people there were unfriendly. I must have seen like 4 different people behind the register. They didn't know where things were. Things weren't in the right place. I get to the front of the line and the woman, just walks off and all of us are waiting for the next person and that guy leaves as well. We are standing around for another few minutes. A different person all together comes out, can't find my stuff because it was put in the wrong bin.

You know normally, this time of year, I let things slide. But this is like the 3rd time I've had an issue with Site to Store. People aren't there in that part of the store. Just total lack of professionalism, work ethics and social skills. :down

I have to say I do like most of Target's commercials. They're funny, witty and straight to the point. I love the one with Santa running to Target the best.

Kmart stores are relics of the past & it's a wonder some are still open at all. They were once relevant, but now newer, better stores are available. Unfortunately for Kmart, it will go the way of the Dodo.

I usually shop at Target and Wal*Mart. I haven't been to KMart in a long, long time.

My Target is clean and friendly and my Wal-Mart is white trash and rude. Easy enough answer.

i went into a kmart for the first time in years a few weeks ago to pick up my joke yankee swap gift for my office holiday party.

everything about it was just so wrong and ghetto. it makes walmart look like the taj mahal.

i'm not at all surprised that they are closing down these stores.

I dont shop at any of them. Wal-Mart once in a great while I guess but as a rule I try to avoid it.

I get my clothes at Kohl's, food at Dominick's (just because I work there).

Don't go to any of them really. The K-Mart near me is super ghetto. The Wal-Mart and Target are far away. Most everyone here in Pittsburgh does their grocery shopping at Giant Eagle...and there are like fifty million of those things to every Wal-Mart.

Giant Eagle FTW, yo! :wow::whatever::oldrazz:

What is this Great Avian you speak of?

Giant Eagle. It's a grocery store chain, as far as I know, in Pennsylvania. They have solid prices and they give you "fuel perks". The more you shop there and use your Advantage card you get money off gas. You have to got to a Giant Eagle gas station though, which are called Get Go's.

I usually build up a good amount and sometimes get a tank of gas with 2 bucks off a gallon and get my gas at what I would consider a NORMAL price for gasoline.

I don't think that Wal-Mart or Target offer any type of fuel perks...that's why a TON of people around here in Pittsburgh just go to Giant Eagle's. The Fuel Perks program got so huge that a lot of people around here believe that oil companies got angry and pushed Giant Eagle to change their Fuel Perks program and they give you a cut off time for when you can use it. Years ago you could just build up enough money off a gallon and people were getting free tanks of gas.

Pics or it didn't happen. :o

But seriously, I'm intrigued, but as far as I know I don't think I have a Giant Eagle nearby.

Don't have pics but I've got the website

www.gianteagle.com

I thought they had stores all over Pennsylvania but it looks like their more Pittsburgh based. Some in West Virginia and eastern Ohio.

I love that place. You use your Advantage card and get money off your food and then you get money off your gas the more food you buy.

I'm always stopping in there picking up some odds and ends throughout the week so before you know it you build up quite a lot off of gas.

Anyone who says Wal-mart is bad clearly hasn't stepped foot in a Kmart:funny:

No, I'd still contend Wal-Mart is worse.

I mean, Kmart is a horribly merchandised, poorly kept store that looks more like a second-hand retail store than a legitimate contender to Wal-Mart or Target.

BUT I can still walk through the store without feeling like dirt and stds are wearing off on me. Which automatically makes it better than Wal-Mart. :o

After Wal-Mart helped my aunt get a new cell phone. They're golden...

Well, I'll go to it if there's something I need at a late hour or something incredible is on sale, otherwise, nah.

Can't wait until Target stores open in Canada in 2013!

I live a sad life. :(
