Was that Detective 400, when they redid chemical syndicate?

I saw in a back issue an ad for a 400th issue of I think Detective where they redid Case of the Chemical Syndicate, the very first Batman story. I can't remember which back issue that was and I don't feel like going through all my books to find it, but I really wanna' check that out. Does anyone know if it was Detective 400? I think it was.
