I don't know why no one has thought of this before, but why hasn't anyone created a backpack that resembles Spidey's web sack? You know, the one he carries his clothes in while he's swinging around town?

Ummmmm, 'cause everything you put into it would fall back out? (Keys, money, change, pens/pencils, batteries, jewelry, etc.)

Now that would be something that I'd buy... a web sack looking backpack... or I could take one backpack, lots of glue and fish lines and make one of my own...

That'd be cool.

So . . . no ideas on who might be able to make one of these? Maybe I should write to someone at Marvel . . .

Maybe it wouldn't look that great? I don't know, a back pack that's grey with some web designs would be boring I think.

So . . . no one has a picture of Spidey's sack? Doesn't anyone know what Spidey's sack look like?!

Why would ANYONE have a picture of Spidey's sa.... wait a minute, what sack are we talking about here??!! :oldrazz:

I was actually thinking about this.I'm going as symbiote spidey for a con next year with a costume i'm getting in a couple of weeks, and It'd be cool to have something like this to carry around your clothes and stuff.

"Web Sack" sounds like some sort of hideous birth defect. "Did you hear about Carol and David's baby? Yeah, it's really sad. He was born with a web sack." :oldrazz:

And if it were to be in any way authentic, it'd have to be a flimsy cloth material. I don't think the bag would be practical. When's the last time Spidey used it anyway?

it could be made in 2 layers...the first could be the main one which is quite sturdy and coloured black, the second could be the one which is "web", but it should be stretched over the first material, in a "messed" way to achieve the "web look"

EDIT: BTW i'm talking about if anyone was ever to make one of these bags.. i'm not talking about how Peter did it in the Comics...

I know what you actually mean. But the fact that he doesn't use it anymore makes it an unlikely marketing bid.

I made one to use during a birthday party. I had the kids Spidey treats in it. I made it out of several layers of plastic cling wrap. It looked very authentic and held the goodies very well.

Just try taking layer after layer of cling wrap around a white canvas shoulder bag and you should achieve the look.

Im still surprised that no one has found a reference pic for this thing.

It's in the comics ...somewhere. Heck even just a pic of the webbing sack he stashes his camera with up on a wall or a fire escape.

There's GOT to be a reference scan. Come on people!
