Weird Dreams Thread

Have any interesting dreams lately?

I had one last night but can't quite recall them very well unless I write them down and keep a journal of them.

I've never done this (except maybe once back in high school where we did this for 1 week during psychology class).

Anybody have any good stories?

I once had a dream where my dad and I were setting off nukes like fireworks on the fourth of july. I honestly dont know what that says about me as a person, but I found it interesting.

wierd dreams, let me think.. last week I had this absurd dream where I was in the Avengers movie (!) and RDJ was giving a speech.. then from behind him Philip Seymour Hoffman (!?) popped up from behind him (as in, standing behind him, you sick basterds) and said something, supposedly funny..

em, yes.. that was my dream. part of it, at least..

About two weeks ago I had a dream that Aaron Eckhart was cast in a live action Doug movie. No idea who he was supposed to play, but he was cast. In the dream I was watching it on the news. I remember waking up and thinking, "IMDB! Check IMDB!", but then two seconds later I realized it was a dream.

I had a dream that my username had a bunch of dumb numbers at the end of it and it was a nightmare and then I saw Bella and was nearly close to grabbing her and then she turned around and was nosebleed: Horrible nightmare.

I had a dream before TDK came out. I was in it, and was one of the Joker's Minions. I had to set up a Mob Boss for a meeting with the Joker. We were in this Mansion, and the Mob Boss was Matches Malone. I knew he looked like Bruce Wayne, but if I told the Joker, then he would kill me. So, I let it go, but stayed near the Van. When the Boss talk to Matches, he knew the Jig was up, so all of the Joker's crew started firing at the Mob Bosses Crew. I took off and the Joker jumped into the Back of the Van and made me drive to this warehouse by the Dock. Thats when I woke up.

I dreamed that my sister worked for Christian Bale and she was going to allow me to come to work with her and meet him. I got to his workplace and he was dressed just like Bruce Wayne, talking on the phone about who he wanted to play Catwoman in the next Batman movie. He said Sophia Connelly (I assume he meant Jennifer) was his first choice but he had a list of women and he was going to give that list to some of his friends and whoever they decided was the hottest would get the part. I think that dream proves that I've spent too much time here. There was a lot more to the dream but that's all I'll say.

I had a dream that my username had a bunch of dumb numbers at the end of it

You've mentioned this a number of times now in different threads. I used it cause it's something I wouldn't forget and my old username wasn't working anymore. There, happy?

How do you remember all of those numbers if you don't stay signed in? They can get you your old username back...they have that power.

Well, the last 4 digits are the year and the first 3 I've included in other places...

My old username was Mr. Sinister05 (the one before that I used from 2003-2004 was something like RadOne711 that I mainly used to lurk under off/on lol). I hadn't really posted for years. So I decided to start fresh.

There is another person with a name similar to named Mr. Sinister too.

Otherwise maybe I was cooler then than am now.

I had a dream I kept on being chased by king kong. He kept grabbing me then I would run away. Towards the end of the dream he got smaller and I ended up riding on a motorcycle with him.

that would be an awesome dream. i would kill to be able to work on the batman set!

A week before TDK came out I had a dream where Aaron Eckhart robbed the movie theater, he had a shotgun and robbed the box office where all of us were on the ground. He also grabbed yellow and green and papers.

A long time before that I had a dream of Joker turning around and speaking in a Russian accent.

There's one movie like dream that I had years ago that I suddenly remembered (with everyone talking about movie based characters and such).

In this dream, I was in my old neighborhood (the one I'd lived at until moving out and never really returning back in 1995). I moved away when I was in 6th grade and this is a setting that a lot of dreams seem to go back to for some reason.

Anyway, this dream that I'm thinking of offhand was a pretty silly one. I think it was like a few weeks after seeing the 2nd Kill Bill movie in the theatre.

I can't recall all the detail, but in it, the Bride from Kill Bill was stalking around murdering people. It was really odd, cause she didn't look pretty at all like Uma Thurman. She was old (maybe in her 50's), grizzled, and had a really bad tan that made her look kind of like like dead person.

It was such a silly, ridiculous dream describing it, but it was very horrific in the dream as I slowly planned how to go house to house to avoid running into this thing that was walking around killing people. I kind of crept from house to house (which were more like house frames for some reason), circled around until the coast was clear then woke up scratching my head trying to remember it and thinking it was pretty bizarre.

The whole thing wasn't really a series of events but more of an abstract thing that was going on (I just thought it was funny when I woke up to think, oh that was that person from Kill Bill only appearing as a stone cold dead person lol).

I killed a king in an arena, then flew away on black feathered wings then went to the X-men's school to see some transformers. I'll never forget that flying.

EDIT: I also dreamed I was Batman, without a costume, but with the belt, and I was in the Joker's fun-house of monsters.

Recently I had a dream that there was this strange stone train hovering through the desert and and I was fighting Jimmy Smits to the death on top of it in some really dramatic, ridiculous, over the top martial arts style. Some stuff happened before that and other stuff happened later, but that's all I can remember clearly.

I have a whole book of weird dreams cause I keep a dream journal no lie.

That would be a tough thing to do. For myself, I'd have to remember to write it down right after I wake up or some of the details would get lost (unless I re-remember them in a future dream).
