Deadshot, Deathstroke, Bane, any other mercenary / assassin type.theyre just bland to me. Harly Quinn or Poison Ivy. Ivy's a decent character, but a nolanized version wouldnt interest me. My distaste for Harley i make no secret of, but maybe shed be ok without the voice and the whole "1920s flapper from the bronx" way of speaking she employs. she could be silent like in the recent Joker graphic novel.
The same batsuit as TDK- save for the new cowl setup that thing is fugly
Robin- in a realistic context its something that even further gives away batman's identity. So bruce wayne has the motive, means and physical stature to be Batman, and also lives with a young dark haired boy around the age of Batman's assistant, whose face we can see most of

-A jigsaw/terrorist Riddler-if Riddler shows up, he should be a side-villain and a weakling like in the comics

-Talia al Ghul (no more ninja stuff, i want criminal villains)

-an "accepted" Batman- i don't wana see him just walking into hospitals and police stations like in TDK. The only contact he should have with the establishment is with Gordon on top of skyscrapers. He is a criminal vigilante after all

straight criminals taking up mob/gang boss parts that could be filled by the freaks, would make sense that crooks would now follow freaks after the Joker proved himslef the smartest crook in the room and came closest to killing Batman.
