be it fluffy clouds and wings.....burning brimstone and lava....bugger all...a train to a destination your never going to get to.....being stuck in an elevator with chuck norris and a cheese toastie between the 5th and 6th floor.....or even a bed with a big flat screen TV in front of you, three women, butter, a goat, and some cheese?

HEAVEN OR HELL:o

God reaches down his hands and tears open your mind. With a single breath, he runs the universe through your lobes and you're suddenly swimming in an eternal cosmic ocean of all.

You get a one day Q and A with God then he puts your lights out for good.

how cheerful one and all. i'd rather not think about it- live in ignorance instead of living in fear

I'm not living in fear. I know that I could die at any moment, so i'm making my time here on earth, my life worth something.

Heaven or hell. The predictable answer, I know.

its a personal thing- if i think of non existance the inevitable panic attack follows and lasts weeks. i just finished the body project in art college and we had a big discussion about this. that was two weeks ago and i'm still trying to block it out:csad:

Me? I'm blowing it.

Well, I grew up around alot of death, so I've always been very curious about the after life...which is, probably one of the reasons I get as depressed as I do. I just feel like there's just no damn reason for living. I've basically just come to the conclusion that, all you really can do is just live in the moment and enjoy your life, don't take things too seriously, and live how you want. I feel like we're all just little specks of stardust in the big scheme of things. And nothing we do as any real impact, no matter how much we fight or what little land we have on earth.

But it's weird. Some people have told me they think that, we just stop existing completely. But I can't honestly fathom not existing at all. But it just leads to more questions, which is why I try to not think about it.

If there is no great glorious end to all this, if nothing we do matters, then all that matters is what we do. Because that's all there is. What we do, now, today.

I think it depends on circumstances of your passing,I believe if it was tragic and there was wrong doing that it will not be peaceful and walking on the earth all f'd up because of it is the result.
If you had an opportunity to prepare for it and excepted this next transition,I'm unsure about. I grew up in a Baptist church so that's hard to tear down.

Somebody watched "Epiphany" again recently. ;)

What's the point of Heaven and Hell?

Why punish or reward someone when it has no baring on future behavior?

I think it would be more ignorant to never consider the possibilties.
