World What do you think of the new Ultimate Spider-Man's costume?

I personally hate it. To me it looks like an uninspired, lazy knockoff of Alex Ross' rejected movie design.

I like it.

It can't be a carbon copy of Peter's Spider-Man costume because... well, because it isn't Peter, and would be in bad taste.

It's still has the recognizable Spider-Man theme without looking exactly the same as the good old red and blue's.

I have no problems with it and I'd also take it over Alex Ross' design. The classic will always be around, much like Captain America's costume, but I don't mind a different variation now and then when I think it looks good. I feel sort of the same way I did with the black costume and the Ben Reilly costume.

it needs some more red on the bottom bit, plus it kinda takes the coolness away from the symbiote suite if he was ever to get it, already being a dark suire and all

You can't. You can say one draws inspiration from another, but comparing a 2D drawing to an actual suit makes no sense.

Furthermore, the fact that somebody who hates the reboot suit prefers a further bastardization of the original design makes me cringe.
