That's what I thought, just now but I think the best part about this movie are that Spider-Man will have the symbiote suit and more villains are in this movie.

Yeah, it would be nice to have a villain that stays a villain. I am also lookin forward to the whole conflict between Pete and Harry -- two films have set that conflict up and I can tell that it's going to be a real bumpy ride for them. Brock's fall from grace into hate fueled desperation is hopefully going to be awesome too.

Love the Sig man... I was thinking the same thing... if I die... let it happen after I see SM3... oh and maybe and after the Bats sequels....

I am gonna go Sandman... awesome villain never quite used to his potential... what a pick... so much better than Electro... glad they went this route.... damn I am so hyped for May 4th... 200 million opening weekend... lets make it happen...

I bet any money that Raimi will put his best effort towards Peter Parker, much like the original two. Not that it makes the movie any better, it'll just be the most dramatic and drawed out scenes, him being with the symbiote and all that. Although I hope Sam realizes that the Spider-man fight scenes are what audiences go to gigantic blockbusters for....excluding the fans of course. I'm sick of trying to explain to my friends why Spider-man in general is what makes a great movie, not Parker making a boring movie.

Story, action, effects, acting. This movie will be mindblowing. I think I'm even more hyped to see this movie than I was with X3 at this point last year.

- A very vengeful, angry, and powerful spider-man
- Winding down on the whole M.J. Peter love arc. (Marriage)
- Battle Royal, friends figthing alongside, fighting powerful enemies.
- A very climatic emotionally powerful ending
- Venom.

This movie will be hard to beat. As sad as it is, I would prefer Spider-man to end with this movie and re-vistited in the future as a seperate series. This really ends the Spider-man story/trilogy. We don't want to just include villains that spider-man has to defeat (ala Batman 2, 3, 4). We want those villains to shadow and compliment the life and times of Peter Parker. Green

Dr. Octopus dealt w/ vengeful love, responsibility, power to make a difference in the world, and ultimatly, the consequences of an unrealized dream.
Venom/Sandman: Vengeance, Power, Lust, Ego...and ultimately responsibility.

What can Lizard, or any other villain do to advance the storyline? M.J. has to end up w/ Peter, it would have been better to introduce her later into the series but the direction wasn't taken.
