That will not matter if WB have already decided who it is or who they have in mind .Never underestimate the power of the fans.

Tell that to the failed JL movie and the cancelled WW tv show pilot. That will not matter if WB have already decided who it is or who they have in mind .
Yeah I don't get the Hammer hate. Sure his movies bombed, but that's because they sucked. He's actually a really talented actor. He's gonna land a role at either Marvel or WB/DC sooner or later.

Just curious , who is it that you think the fans are going to get cast as Shazam?Tell that to the failed JL movie and the cancelled WW tv show pilot.
and if Hammer docent get a role in the DCCU proper ,ЯɘvlveR;29672719 said:the hammer hate doesn't matter. those that hate never get what they want anyway.
most of them never cared for ben, nor ever thought of gadot as wondy, or momoa as aquaman. Henry was an aberration that had been in the running for the role for years (was set to play supes back in 2004, before mcg left and singer recast cav with routh, kinda like hammer was set to play bats before justice league was scrapped) so those fans that wanted him can't consider that a fan influenced choice.
his choices after the network and j.edgar hoover haven't been the smartest, but he's at least as good an actor as most the actors chosen so far for these dc roles. if he never gets a cbm role with wb, it surely won't be because of lack of talent.
I really wish you wouldn't make such blanket statements and assumptions.Just curious , who is it that you think the fans are going to get cast as Shazam?
Armie Hammer will NEVER be in a superhero film.

Ben said back when he was working on Argo that he would do a superhero film depending on the directing of the film.
I didn't and never said fans can choose who is cast, and that's were your blanket assumption comes from.I was just curious .
I consider the belief that the fans can choose who is cast in a CBM to be a blanket assumption.
Where big money is involved ,
I do not believe they have that power .
Armie Hammer will NEVER be in a superhero film.

If I misunderstood your original comment ,I didn't and never said fans can choose who is cast, and that's were your blanket assumption comes from.
WB/DC in particular is know to react to fan-feedback, especially if it's strong as can be. It's why the JL movie Hammer was cast in was cancelled, it's why the WW pilot never saw life on tv, it's what helped put their minds at ease when casting Bale as Batman, and Cavill as Superman; even Dwayne Johnson as Black Adam.
With that said, that is not us fans choosing anything, that is the studio actually listening to feedback for once, which in itself is some sort of power. And it's because while we are not the only ones seeing these movies, we are a big part of their profits for the movies, and we can be a big detriment to their box office as well.
Yeah, the actor the fans want getting the part is rare.Cavill, Bale, and Patrick Stewart getting cast were exceptions, not how things normally go.
