Days of Future Past What is your favorite quote in X-Men:DOFP?

I really liked this one.

IKR :D

Also...

Magneto: Side by side when we couldn't be further apart...

Charles: You're afraid. I remember. (too bad this was cut)

The feelings!

The line was there...just a little different. "You're afraid...and Cerebro knows it."

But the line, "We need you to hope again," had a greater impact when viewed with the complete conversation.

"What's the last thing you remember? Drowning."
"So much for being a survivor."
"So you control metal, you know my mother used to know a guy who could do that."
"I'm going to tell you what you once told me, f*** off."
"I don't want your suffering, I don't want your future."

So many good ones.

Yeah, but I prefered the line from the trailer, it was simpler and had an oomph effect on me. :D

"You Poor, Poor Man"

"You and I are gonna be good friends *THWAK* you just don't know it yet"

"All those years wasted fighting each other, Charles"

"I told you, there's no Professor here"

"We were supposed to protect them"

"What the hell is that thing"

"A teleporter?" "No, he's just really fast"

"I don't want your suffering! I dont want your future!"

Then this image flashes on screen for a split second:

Never thought I would hear Professor X say "f*** off". My friend and I burst out laughing when he told Wolverine he looked familiar :lmao:.

"No more hiding! No more suffering! You have lived in the shadows and shame and fear for too long"

- Magneto

"So... much... paIN."
-Young Xavier to old Xavier

:( x 100000

Loved this line too especially the delivery. I wish the Xaviers scene was longer.

"You wanna pick that s**t up?"

"Storm, Scott,...Jean. Remember those names."

"Jean, Professor X, Cyclops...YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT THEM!"

You know, my feelings on Ratner have changed over the years. I've seen some of his other films and he is a competent director. TLS still sucks, but I think that he takes too much of the blame. The movie was rushed out by Fox and he was brought in very late in the game as a replacement director. I think that he got put into a situation that very few directors could have salvaged. It was more Fox's fault than his.

Deleted line: "Ororororororar...... Storm, Scott, Jean"

Always makes me laugh that he doesn't call Storm by her name :funny:

Magneto: "All those years wasted fighting each other, Charles. What I wouldn't give for a precious few of them back."

Sunspot: ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

"I'm doing it for her. I'm not doing it for any of your future ****e"

And when he tells Logan to p**s off :woot:

"So...much...pain..."

Such a great delivery. Very emotional.

"All those years wasted fighting each other Charles."
Just that line from the trailer and the movie just gets me. It's also Ian's delivery because it's amazing, such a haunting line especially in that time and with what was happening.

Oh man, I didn't remember that last part. Wonderful.

McKellen and Stewart, those sirs know how to touch my cynical, black heart.

I had to Google the quote just to make sure I got it a hundred percent right, haha. Didn't want to mess up such a beautiful quote.
I rarely do get emotional during a film, but that quote and scene hit me right in the heart.
